My glasses frame lost a screw and I was unsure if this was something that could be fixed. I stopped in the store on my lunch break, and was given excellent customer service. The gentleman assisting me said he can have it fixed very quickly, upon him fixing the broken frame I was given a complimentary case for my glasses. I was very pleased with my experience!

Terrible experience trying to order contacts online. No tracking number, no responses to messages, phone calls or online customer service submissions, and contacts were never shipped. Was hung up on several times trying to get order refunded by phone. Much lower standards than I expected so cannot recommend using this service.

Been coming here for glasses and contacts a long time, they are excellent. Good selection of frames but the customer service is what stands out the most. Definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere to get a new pair of glasses or an order of contact lenses.

My mom had been here and my sister and her boys. I made an appointment for my two kids . From the moment we walked in it was a pleasant experience. Pleasure of meeting the owner and he’s delightful. Very friendly and accommodating. My kids saw the optometrist and received their prescriptions. I like the fact they were able to ‘choose’ frames before seeing the doctors as that was fun for them. The Dr had time to see me also;Was about 10 years overdue for my eye exam. While I was with the Dr the owner had my kids help him ‘ make the glasses’, and they loved it. The prices are fair , and they have someone who deals with benefits which makes the process seamless. Great atmosphere and a lot of choices. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this location for roughly 7-8 year and every time I come the customer service has always been incredible. They have amazing patience, amazing customer service, great prices and they are fast! Such a friendly and safe environment and I always leave happy. I recommend this location as they have the most incredible employees and owner and one again the services are incredible. <3 thank you for all that you guys do for the community!

Went in for an eye exam, picked out a pair of $500 glasses. There was a question about my benefits so the gentleman who assisted me said he would call me the next day after placing a phone call. Next day, no phone call. Three days later, no phone call. Called them, left a message as no answer, no return phone call. Called 2 days later, spoke with the same gentleman who initially assisted me, he said he would look into it and call me back in 20 minutes. 6 days later, no phone call. I haven't worked so hard to give money to people who clearly don't want it. No thanks! Found better, less expensive frames online and used my old prescription as I didn't trust the eye exam either.

My daughter broke her glasses on Saturday and with her regular eye doctors closed for the weekend we were scrambling to find somewhere to help us. My daughter called them late in the afternoon and they said come on in and let’s see what we can do.AMAZING!! I have nothing but good things to say! We got there with 45 min till closing in less than five minutes they had a solution for her. Her glasses were not fixable but they were willing to pop out the lenses and fix her with new frames, then seconds later we were offered new lenses as they had her prescription lens on hand!! What?!! This is amazing we have been led to believe that her prescribed lenses were “special” from our eye doctor of almost 10 years! We have spent too much on frames and lenses there… this time she was fitted with two NEW pairs of glasses and we ordered sunglasses as well all three pairs of glasses cost less then the FRAMES she broke!! My whole family will be switching over to this amazing place!Customer service was great, all the staff there that day were friendly and so very helpful no one was pushy in sales (which I love) it was honestly a great experience. Thank you sooo much we are very grateful for the quality of service and help we received!

Great customer service every time by all the employees! One time they let me come after closing to pick up my contacts, and I still really appreciate the one guy for staying later for me because I know he didn’t have to! They are the place to go for Quick eye exams and to find the newest glasses trends!

Absolutely amazing and exceeded every expectation! I was less than 24 hours from a flight out of province, glasses ruined, broken frame and no backup pair! Driving down Fourth Ave see Custom Lens Express. Decide to stop in see what the express" is. They ask what I need and I explain my dilemma (as in I'm going on vacation to meet my new granddaughter and I'm literally holding my frames together). They ask for my glasses

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for my family that has been going here for years now. They said they will call back to confirm appointments. Never did. Called back and spoke to another person and said he would call back to confirm my appointment. Never did. I call a third time the day of- assuming that the appointment day was fine, and he said they couldn't squeeze us in and someone should have called us." This was my only day I could get everyone to go and they just said no even after I made my initial appointment a month in advance. Terrible customer service. Will never go back. They lost 6 customers."
