Don't buy from Structube!!I bought a dining table and 6 chairs, the table top finish is very poor quality and as much as I've tried to protect it with a table cover, the top is all scratched and dented, such poor quality.The chairs are also poor quality, 2 of the chairs the leg broke, so they are useless. Such a waste of money on this poor quality unreliable furniture.

My boyfriend and I have been shopping for a couch for weeks. We tried Leon’s , walked in and wasn’t even greeted by anyone and when someone approached us, it was a ‘hi if you need help ask me’ and the gentleman walked away. We went to stoney creek furniture and no one even said hi to us. We went to parks furniture and no one even acknowledged or existence in the store. I Decided to go into Structube Ancaster a few days later in my own and walked around for a bit took some photos and was greeted by a woman named Jenn. She asked what I was looking for when I needed a couch and what kind of fabric I was looking for. Jenn even put a couch on hold for me because she looked at inventory and they only had two left. This was because my boyfriend had been away for work and I needed to ask him. That evening we called her said the couch wasn’t for us and she gave us other options over the phone. We finally came to the conclusion on one and, our luck, none was in stock. She told us sometimes they would sell the floor model. We called around and every structube we called wouldn’t sell us the floor model. She was honest kind and really cared for us getting our first couch together. I went back a few days later when I knew she was working and we settled on a Kinsey couch with the ottoman! Jenn is very personable and actually cares about her customers and what they need when shopping for furniture. She was honest about a few of the couches I wanted and gave us all the good bad and ugly about the ones we picked. THANK YOU Jenn for all your help, kindness and your amazing customer service skills. Thank you for getting Derek and I our first couch for our new home :)

I like the contemporary flavour of this store. Prices aren't that bad, really. I mean you get what you pay for. Lots of great ideas put together by the staff. Nice showroom.

Went to find some stools for our kitchen counter .. we were not disappointed... found exactly what we were looking for and under budget! Thanks to Ted for the great service

Love their furniture! Hard to get a salesperson they are very busy on the weekends. Best to go during the week.

Positive experience. Wonderfully helpful staff. Great selection of well constructed and reasonably priced furniture. On the negative side, as wigh other furniture suppliers, there is very little inventory and long wait times after ordering.
