Just moved in and I head bad things about this place but when I went inside it was actually pretty clean and my room wasn't damaged at all, pretty much looked brand new, the apartment is close to town centre, the management is very nice and will assist you immediately if you need help, so far love the place.

Scary dirty mold smells bad...if you need police they are there anyways...bad management and poor unqualified matience... neibours questionable... down right dump...not a healthy place unless you're a bug or a rodent
