I did a lot of research before settling on having my eyebrows microbladed with Neda. Her outstanding portfolio of photos showing all of her work left me feeling confident with my choice. Neda is very professional. I am leaving this review for Shay! I have been going to Shay for a few years now for tinting and waxing. She is simply amazing, the talent that she has to control and tame my wild and unruly eyebrows, outstanding in her field! She left T-Bay briefly which left me unable to find another esthetician that could match or even come close to her skillset. I was so excited to hear she rejoined us here back in T-Bay with Canada Microblading, I immediately rushed to book an appointment to help my eyebrows, which were in a sad state of affairs. Shay went right to work and put my eyebrows back on track. I was beyond thrilled to hear of Shay's new epic pursuit in her career to be a part of the amazing microblading team we have here! So naturally I just had to have mine done! Shay is amazing to work with, she is extremely detailed, and cares deeply about her clients. My eyebrows are perfection now! Neda is the master of her trade. She removed old ink from a previous artist over a few sessions then reshaped and colour corrected my current brows. You can tell she takes great pride in her craft. 100% pleased with my experience.

The BEST place to get eyebrows waxed in all of Thunder Bay hands down! I just love Shay and her work! She always takes her time to shape and wax my eyebrows like a true artist. I have naturally thick brows and I really hate it when people ruin them for me, and Shay never does! Adding to this, she’s got a great personality and I really enjoy talking to her :))

Very unhappy with the service I received here, a complete waste of $600, and I’m still drawing on eyebrows every day. I told the trainee technician (NOT what I agreed to) that the brows were too light and too thin, she explained that that was just because it was the first visit, and they would be fixed on my touchup visit. They were not. Think Chola brows circa 1996. When Neda came in to check their work I told her both times that I was unhappy, she did nothing. Just awful, so disappointed.

Neda did my permanent eyeliner recently and it has been life changing for me. I've never been able to draw a cat eye and she created a very delicate perfectly symmetrical one for me that is ideal for day to day makeup. I am so happy I don't need to waste 10 minutes a day for the rest of my life. She took so much care with her work both to make me comfortable and to make sure the result was perfect. Follow your before and aftercare instructions and you will have an amazing result with her! I can't recommend her enough.
