I’ve eaten so much Pho in my life 23 and Me thinks my great gran is from Hanoi and this place is definitely top three bowls of beef noodle soup I’ve had. Little details like the thick noodles, quality and variety of veggies, the perfect rectangles of beef, the rich color of the meatballs. Spicy beef soup and rice rolls also a must try.

The grilled chicken and rice was perfect. The chicken is grilled perfectly and the flavor is amazing. So delicious. It's a higher quality than other Vietnamese restaurants. Also the fish sauce is a tasty addition. It's slightly spicier than other places, which I like. It's not a basic fish sauce. Flavorful and works well with everything. The dish was pretty filling. Would love to try all the other dishes , this is one of my favorite places now. Reasonable price and portion.

Fry Rice was a bit overcooked.Pork and chicken were nicely grilled.Salad was fresh, the fish sauce was excellent.Spring roll served hot, so it was excellent! The only thing to improve is to add a change table in the washroom please.

Beautifully plated, fresh, great quality Vietnamese food. Vibrant and tasty. Menu has a bit of everything. Highly recommend the steamed rice crepes with pork. The texture is smooth and the chew is so satisfying. The mango salad is also refreshing, crispy, and tangy. Delicious. The butter garlic chicken wings had good flavour. The pho broth was average but special in that they used flat wide rice noodles. The drinks were decent and fruity.

Came for lunch. Ordered veggie Pho with beef broth, and 1/2 order spring rolls.Spring rolls were so greasy I couldn’t enjoy them. I think the oil was not the correct temperature, and was also not very fresh. Was not offered sprouts and basil with the pho but other tables received theirs.Pho broth was so salty it was gross, and had very little-no flavour. Not sure it was beef broth.Tofu had been fried to a crisp and then soaked, it was like an old dried kitchen sponge, I didn’t eat it.Veggies were nice and fresh, so I ate those. No one checked on quality during my meal or offered to refill water. When I gave feedback the lady pretended not to know what oil or greasy meant, smiled and said some people like them that way.Based on this experience, I would not eat here again.

Spring roll: rly good spring rolls, nice and crispy and the filling was unique and tasty. Would order again. 9/10Bun bo hue (pho noodle): very average. Have had much better everywhere else 5/10Pho: average, broth was flavorful but not the best. Husband was unsatisfied with the noodles (too soft and breaks), not enough msg kick. 7/10

One of best bowls of Pho in New Westminster. Meat quality is really good and the soup is beefy and flavourful. Noodles were cooked el dente and have a good chew. The price is also very reasonable as prices of Pho are going up everywhere.
