Custom T's

Have had a couple of custom hoodies made here & have always had great service. Whenever I walk by the owner smiles & says hi & thanks us for our business . She was very knowledgeable & helpful. The product last very well when you take care of them the way she instructs. Thank you for the good job. As for the customer who said she was very rude, etc. The moment in question seemed very acted out & fake. He came at the owner with a very aggressive tone & attitude without any idea what he wanted & wouldn't stop for one second to listen to the owner. Always will shop here for my custom t's.!!!!!!!!

Great service! Irit the owner is a great lady, she helped me get the exact detail i wanted on my shirt. They moved from parkland and are now in a way better spot with lots of parking and accessibility. So many designs its hard to choose just one! Great place will recommend anf will be back. Thanks again Irit!

Superb customer service! Very helpful with the whole experience! I didn’t even purchase anything today. I brought in two shirts I had purchased in Europe where the lettering was lifting and bunching. She fixed them for me free of charge! And even gave me tips for washing. This is my first choice for custom print clothing for sure! So many choices!

Wow this person needs a refresher course in customer service. While visiting my sister, and walking through the mall we were talking and I commented on how many stores were vacant and as we walked by my sister commented on how this place is also not open all the time...continued walking through the mall and on our way out walked by and this woman stops me agressively and confronts us on our previous conversation about her being closed....first of all I honestly don't know how she even heard us because we did not direct it to anyone we were talking among ourselves..and since when do shop owners or employees get to dictate the public conversations...maybe she should focus more on her own business instead of what people are talking about. I have been in customer service for over 30 years that is why I did not even continue to engage in her unprofessional act. I think you should focus more on your business then the conversations of the mall patrons..That is definitely not how I would want my business represented. Just saying

Very friendly costumer service, she took the time with me to make sure I ended up getting the exact design I wanted. My T-shirt’s have very good detail and colourful printing. Definitely would recommend this store and would purchase from them again!!

Best store in Alberta 5/5 stars doesn't even explain it the service is great the manager is caring and understanding I've been going here for 3 years and it still amazes me the service is fast and has a lot of selections, gives you some ideas as well! Definitely continue to shop here even if I don't live in red deer!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULDToday I went to custom T's to get some new hoodiesI was unaware that what she has printed and on display is not for sale this is where the confusion started then the abuse came storming in. How this lady stays in business is beyond me. I will always wonder if her problem with me was due more to the fact that I am a WHITE male. GOD bless the young lady that was a witness to all of this and stood by me while the owner of the store attacked us both with HER hate. And GOD bless the ladies at the customer service desk you ladies were amazing today with all your help and mall security thank you very much also. Unfortunately for Parkland Mall I had to take my business elsewhere in the city to have are family reunion shirts and hoodies to be made up. So if your looking for amazing service with a smile the bower mall store is the place to go

Custom T's is an amazing store. I've had t shirts and hoodies made here. They all turned out fantastic. The owner is awesome. I always receive the best service when I come to her store.

I come here to get shirts made all the time! . Irit is a very nice lady and has always provided me great service as i have been coming here for some time now! Usually at other places, i have issues with staff being rude to me because im covered in tattoos and piercings, however she was very kind and as she was making my shirt the first time i was there, she had a conversation with me, and still to this day when i come in, we can have a great conversation. Very good service and a great selection!

The absolute best Tshirt place in Red Deer. Very quick, reasonably priced and great quality. It also helps that shes so incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. I'll recommend her to everyone I know.
