Scam- This is just a Telus Dealer, they charge more and give less then Real Telus which is who you should contact for home security at Telus.ca. They're just there for a profit and don't provide any service but taking your money

Worst service ever. The technician made an appointment 5 times and the cancelled same day all 5 times. Absolutely ridiculous!! If you work for them you should be embarrassed. If you are a customer, just wait until it breaks down and see what happens. Do not use them. They should not be in business. If I could give zero stars I would.

TELIS ADT is the worst service u can pay forcamera are so poor quality and barely works. workers when u call them they dont know what they are talking about. they are suppose to call me back to refund me the stolen goods that been missing from my yard and never called me. get those amazon camera u will be more happy and pay less

Avoid ADT Telus for Home Protection Services. It is impossible to deal with. Very poor Service (If any) and extemely inept Agents who lie to clients, never keep their word about appointments with technicians and think that all the clients are stupied. This Company should not be allowed to continue. Since its' merger with Telus, ADT has been a disaster.My home has been unprotected for three weeks while I am supposed to wait until a technician is available to do a Battery change. After considerable difficulties with the Support Dept. I was given an appt. for today between 8-12 pm. At 11:45 a representative called to say that the technician had an Issue" and would not be coming. She said that she could give me another appt. for this afternoon

The worst service ever. Every time we call an agent , they answer differently than the one before. The technician has no communication what so ever with the Adt agent. Please consider it twice before you enrol with Telus Adt. We are clients for more than ten years but when telus took Adt over we had very bad service.

Telus ADT Home security is the worst service provider since Telus took it over. They sent me a letter to upgrade my unit and I have been waiting since August to resolve unresolved issues. They do seem very good at sending me my past due bill notices however.

Would never recommend-worst experience ever , they only want to do sales not serve their client

alarm was not functioning . I called a technician to come. Didn’t come I called Telus they tell me 15 minutes before he comes he called in sick this morning . I had people pick up my kids so I can be home waiting for the technician. Highly do not recommend.

Takes them 30 minutes to find the right account. The equipment only works for a few months and then you have to run around and change batteries. Poor signal all the time….They call you saying that an agent wants to speak to you and you are waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes.Tried to schedule a technician to visit and check the unresponsive system and they refused saying that they need to make sure that nobody had COVID in the last two weeks and the answer “I dont know” is not good for them. How would I know if any of our hundreds of visitors had covid? Why don’t they ask me if any of them have aids? Total nonsense!

The girl with the sweet voice who helped me with costumer support helped so much and answered all of my questions . I recomend their services :)
