Great company to be a part of, with their extensive benefits such as comprehensive medical, vision and dental. I appreciate their focus and dedication on wellbeing and diversity by providing health & safety and diversity training. I have not been a part of any other company that have placed such great importance on protecting their employees' health such as paid sick days, COVID sick pay, paid time off to get the COVID vaccine and going above to ensure their employees' safety. There's opportunity for growth within the company. I would recommend Northstar Access as a good place to work.

They treat small clients like myself very well, with clear and pleasant advice and procedures. Quite a drive for a downtowner, but somuch better than Leal or Downtown Rental etc, especially given the abundance and quality of equipment.

The Strap Rail System has been a game changer for us.

Disrespectful and rude the supervisor and manager are towards their morning shift workers. They're unprofessional and arrogant with profanity language also unsafe and dangerous to work will guarantee deny and refuse the truth. Don't bother working for this company you'll only be wasting your time and effort by being disappointed in your life!It's not accusation, nor it was wrong statement. To be honest is an actually true fact and evidence l for proof from the poor health and safety inspections and unsafe to properly complete duties in the workplace environment. It's knowledge not fiction so get your story straight, by not make fake assumptions aren't non-fiction in your statement.

Best Scaffold company with reasonable renting Scaffold price and staff at Northstar are very helpful and knowledgeable!! Colleagues are amazing! Culture here is fabulous! Work life balance, flex hours, and Managers makes it a dream to work here!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!I rented some scaffolding from them and at first everything went smoothly until I returned the scaffolding before the agreed 28 days which was a Monday and asked about my $1500 deposit to see when I would get it back. I was given the answer at front desk that it would take like 4 business days.Okay so I figured by Friday I should probably have it but nothing absolutely nothing. Not happy about that at all. So I decide to call them and they transfer my call to another guy who is supposed to be handling it but no answer. I leave a message but nothing. So I decided to go to the location and they’re telling me to come back Monday because they’re having a Christmas party and the place is closed. Very unprofessional way of handling clients. This is the last time I am using their services. Stay away!!!
