I booked the Sunset Tour and the experiance was nothing short of amazing. Fred is very down to earth and easy to talk to - having never been in a kayak and having very limited time on the water he gave great instruction and made me feel right at home kayaking.The tour itself is incredible and was the highlight of my trip to Nova Scotia. The view is breath taking, Mcnabs Island is a little gem to see. I would highly recommend booking with them.

What an incredible experience, from start to finish! A bucket list trip of a lifetime to Sable Island, for me. Fred, the expedition leader was awesome! Very professional and personable. If anyone out there is looking to go to Sable Island, I highly recommend Kattuk Expeditions. I know I'll be going out there again in the near future.

This was truly a once in a lifetime adventure!! Fred was amazing from the start, with steady communication and setting expectations of this tour. Once on the island, the pace of the tour was perfect, lunch was amazing and the wildlife and views were breathtaking. If the experience of this tour is an indication of how Fred and his team do business, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them in the future. Thanks for fulfilling a bucket list adventure.

Our visit to Sable Island was spectacular and mother nature was at her best. The calm sunny day was complimented by Fred, our very likeable tour guide. We received regular updates on travel conditions and learned so much about Sable Island, the wild horses, seals and birds. Plus, Fred packs a mean lunch. Great people, unforgettable trip. If you want a unique event for your staff, family, or group of friends, you've gotta try Kattuk! Fred is the most fun & personable guide you'll ever meet. He'll teach you everything he knows about the landscape you're hiking, the secluded islands you're kayaking around, or the city where he's hosting a geo-cache hunt. I've been on several of their tours & events over the years, and always have an amazing time!!

Definitely an experience we will not forget. From the helicopter ride there and back to walking the beaches, seeing all the wild horses, and.. well just go do it!. Fred and his Kattuk Expeditions will not disappoint!
