Worst service in the history service. All Augustine does is read the manual to you. If he don’t like your questions he hangs up on you! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS! Took 4.5 hrs and multiple calls to get zero help and hung up on. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

This company does not pay there bills. Do not do any work for them or supply them with any equipment. They hired us to do a job in January and they don't answer calls. They are a scam company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. They don’t deserve any star. We bought a propane gas water heater a year and a half ago and still doesn’t work. We’ve been trying to contact the company but they only apologize and do nothing to solve customer issues. How is possible they are still in business? We will continue to reach them and hopefully solve our situation with this equipment, if not, maybe we should throw it to the landfill.

Full of delays and empty promises. Sweet Home High School has been waiting and waiting with lots of empty promises for a new boiler. No respect for timelines. The school district has had to make numerous followup phone calls. Our kids have not been swimming for over two months now. Not happy! :(

I wanted to give them NO STARS but wouldn't accept my post. Don't ever do any work for this company as you will not get paid!!!! They are a scam company and will be out of business soon the way they operate.
