I have been a happy client for more than 20 years. Recently, I had to make a minor change to my auto policy and it was handled quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner by Catrina LeBlanc, an Associate Insurance Advisor. She took the time to point out a potential gap in my coverage rather than just rushing ahead with the change I had requested.Lola continues to attract a strong team to her business.

I was fortunate enough to have Lisa Pinsonneault from my local office to help me with a second vehicle deal. To begin with, it's my fault that I didn't have correct info, showed up at a rural Service Ontario location looking for registering the vehicle but totally forgot my insurance won't be effective in 4 days. Lisa helped me in a jiffy, sorted everything out within a few minutes. She was able to give me a reasonable quote, considering how expensive premiums could be here in Toronto. She was very pleasant, courteous and communicated well, oh, and didn't forget to crack some jokes! I feel I am dealing with a real person full of passion of what she is doing. Lisa absolutely did an amazing job, even my Service Ontario lady was quite surprised of how fast I was able to get everything sorted. Thanks to Allison, I have new insurance policies!Decided to investigate other options for my Condo and Car policies.Researched Brokers & Insurance companies through extensive googling, friends/family recommendations, reading through various websites and many phone calls. I ended up speaking with Allison at Co-operators - Lola Macanowicz Inc.We started with the Condo policy - which to me is very complex. After several phone calls, many questions back & forth (I asked some questions twice or more), making notes, reviewing and re-reviewing, we finalized the policy.We then moved on to the Car policy which was quite a bit simpler.The difficulty sometimes is in the wording - insurance companies don’t all use the exact same wording in their policies so it’s not easy to compare an existing policy to a possible new one. This is where Allison’s extensive knowledge, recommendations, explanations and patience came into play to ensure that I had the comprehensive coverage I wanted.Both policies were finalized and are now in effect. I appreciated Allison’s professionalism throughout the entire process.And the fact that if I have any questions or wish to make changes to my policies I can call or email Allison any time - that’s a bonus!
