Bit of a skeptic of this whole Ceramics thing but based on recommendations I went to meet with Curtis at the shop and have a walk around the place, was very impressed at how all the folks seemed to making a big deal of every car in there. Got the Ceramic Pro Ion lifetime package and our Macan looks amazing. Curtis let my car stay warm and dry in the shop for a few extra daves after it was finished to wait out the rain. Really great service and very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have had a better experience at Elements. My Macan Turbo came out looking like a sheet of glass after the Ultimate Ion & Wheels Off package. Curtis was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail. The guys in the shop were top notch as well. Any imperfections on the paint surfaces and some residual residue from the previous owners wrap were taken care of and I have no doubt it now looks better than new. Will be back with future vehicles.

I brought my Dodge Charger in for a basic detail to Elements Labs. It is my daily driver and it had gotten fairly filthy both on the outside and the inside. I also had some curb damage on one wheel that I had put off getting fixed due to the turnaround times from some other rim and wheel repair service shops.The team at Elements Labs really surpassed all my expectations. The whole process from beginning to end including booking the appointment was very smooth, fast and efficient. They got the car detailed and cleaned up in a timely manner and even managed to get the rims repaired on the same visit despite my time crunch. The customer service experience I received at Elements Lab was honestly one of the best I have ever had in my entire life. That is a bold statement and these guys deserve it.Elements Labs does the detailing and protection for local Porsche and Range Rover dealerships and I could immediately see why when I walked in to their shop and had my car paint repaired and coated with Ceramic.I had some moderate damage to my clear coat on my 2023 Porsche Macan GTS that I needed to get repaired. I took it to do a detailer in the North Shore who assured me it would get fixed with a polish job. I paid the place and picked up my car with great disappointment when I noted that most of the issues (85%+) were still there. The detailer told me that this was as good as it could get without damaging the paint.I wanted a second opinion and looked up the highest rated detailer in Vancouver. Elements Labs was the business that stood out so I contacted them and spoke with Curtis on the phone. Curtis felt genuinely terrible about my experience and told me to swing by the following day to see what they could do to help fix the situation.I arrived the next day and Curtis and Keir immediately took my car in to their massive shop to start correcting the paint issues. There was no discussion around price, just an honest attempt to resolve the problem that had been “unfixable”. These guys made a huge improvement in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed with their dedication and results that I opted to actually have them do a Ceramic Pro Ion coating on my vehicle. The cost was extremely reasonable and they refused to charge me for the paint correction so I thought it was beyond fair.I was absolutely thrilled when I picked up my vehicle and saw how incredible the car looked with the ceramic coating. The coating is super easy to maintain and really gives a glossy “always clean” look. There also wasn’t a single scratch remaining on my vehicle which was a huge relief. These guys take a ton of pride in their work and you could tell their entire team loves what they do while being in the shop.This is the longest review I have ever written but the entire team at Elements Labs deserves it. They are the kind of business that will create a loyal following of customers for life and their 5 star review score is backed up by the incredible service and quality of work.I will be returning for regular details and will refer anybody that wants to detail or protect their vehicle.

Curtis and his staff were very friendly and informative.I had PPF installed along with ceramic coating on my new Toyota Tacoma.The end result was fantastic.I would highly recommend Elements Labs if you are looking for the best in automotive detailing at a fair price.

I got my 2022 Tesla Model Y wrapped at Elements Labs Curtis was fantastic to deal with, very professional, and stands behind his work. The stealth wrap turned out incredible couldn't be happier. The next car I get, I will surely take it there. Thank you, Curtis. Great job.

I needed a full Xpel stealth PPF and ceramic coating for my Tesla model Y, so I contacted 7 (yes - seven) different places and chose Elements Labs based on price and reviews. Everything went well, starting with scheduling appointment with Jenn, Curtis explaining the process and, most importantly, the final result - the car looks amazing. I love the new matte finish look. They also did a follow up inspection of PPF after two weeks, which was included. No issues were found but it's good to know they care about work they do. I am really impressed with the services Elements Labs provided, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people, would recommend them to anybody.  10/10.

I drive a lot on the highway and needed PPF for my truck. I contacted all i could find all the way from Van City to Coquitlam and Surrey to Langley. Varied degree of suggestions and prices offered. Some tried to misguide me as well as they asked for twice the price probably simply to pawn off the job to another provider. Elements does it all in house and you can visit them checkout the kind of cars/custoners they service and the kind of job they do. The best combo of prices and service suggestions offered at Elements is what brought me here for my XPEL Stealth and Ceramic Pro coating requirements. Curtis has all the right pieces of advice. Entire process of booking to car handover was awesome. Regular updates were provided. They wanted to keep the truck and extra 2 days to get everything right, which they did. Love everything about it. A must have service and product if you love your cars and like them looking as new as just out from the showroom.

Got a chrome delete, wheel colour change and tint done at Elements for my CLS63s. Very happy with the results. Fantastic customer service and prices. Curtis and his team made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Elements and I will be taking my car back there for any work I need to be done in the future.
