What a gorgeous building!Beautiful studios.I went here a couple of times for a Nia class and the building is just wonderful- very spacious with high ceilings and nice clean washrooms.Good space to store your boots and coats.Street parking in front - not sure how that works during the week, but it was great on Sunday.

I bought 5 classes (intro pass) that expires within 20 days of purchase, I had a class booked and emailed them to cancel, they let me know I could reschedule, which was great, but after being sick for a whole week I emailed to ask if I could get an extension to finish the remaining classes since I was unable to attend while being sick and they agreed, but with a $20 fee. This was very disappointing, especially since they have an email from before when I mentioned I was sick. It's too bad because I was planning on continuing to attend after the 5 intro classes, because the classes are fun, but this didn't sit well with me, there was no level of understanding or compassion for my situation.

Amazing staff, clean and modern studio space, inclusive, fun and beginner friendly classes! I've tried multiple hip-hop classes here and had a blast, all the instructors were awesome!

I have been taking classes at City Dance Corps since the pandemic started and it has been such a great experience!I have taken the Absolute Beginner modern courses with Sarah and they are so much fun, and I always feel challenged without being overwhelmed. She is a wonderful instructor. I also always enjoy the drop-in classes for trying out different styles or just getting in some extra movement.When I have had questions or concerns the staff has been really responsive and accommodating - they really want students to have a positive experience!Finally, as a fat person I sometimes have concerns about the inclusiveness of fitness spaces, but I have always felt welcome at CDC.

Melanie James is simply the best! She prepared my partner and I brilliantly for our first dance at our wedding reception. We had no previous dance experience. All we had was our song in mind. Melanie taught us the steps and sequences we needed in an understandable and patient fashion with infectious enthusiasm. We zoomed from zero to sixty during a very short window. We were prepared and were not even nervous to dance for the first time in front of our guests. Everyone cheered us and thought we were pros. Melanie gave us the skils and confidence to make it happen. If you are looking for a fantastic dance intstructor, look no further than Melanie James!

Melanie at City Dance Corps is a magician. She brought us from total fear and zero dance knowledge to shining on the dance floor at our wedding. We would recommend Melanie in a heartbeat. And their studio spaces are super cool. Big hugs of appreciation, Paul and Robert

Very nice space in the fashion district. The space is very lovely and spacious and there are quite a few studio floors offering a good selection of classes. Tried the 2week unlimited drop in class package at $50 and I’m liking the range of offers. Just beware a lot of classes are quite advanced so for absolute beginners it may be a bit daunting. But if you don’t mind the challenge then hey, why not?

Went with a group of 8 people yesterday for a bachelorette and we did a heels type class but in sneakers. Can't recommend it enough! Definitely ask for Deidre. She was so accommodating and let us pick the song ahead of time. We did Crazy in Love since it was for a Bach. She was so patient and encouraging and the choreography was so much fun! She even went above and beyond by going over the time to make sure we got a good clip of the whole dance.Thank you Dee for making it such a memorable experience!

Clean facilities, but it was quite busy with lots of children/parents on Saturdays.We attended a beginner aerial silks drop in class. There were 7 of us, and we took turns sharing the silks throughout the class.

City Dance Core is my new obsession, with its bright, spacious spaces for self expression in so many forms of movement - Latin dance to aerial ballet. All ages, all types are welcomed. The instructors are awesome. Highly recommend trying a drop in class or jumping into a multi week course. Guaranteed fun!
