Highly recommended this place. The staff is super friendly. Dave fit me for my orthotics, he is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does. I'll be coming back to get another pair so I don't have to switch them between the shoes I wear. Thank you for saving my feet!

Our family has been going to Orthotic Abilities for years. The staff at the front are very knowledgeable and professional. Dave has provided us with excellent customer service and professional advice relating to orthotics and special footwear. The best part of getting orthotics made from this place is that you can take it in anytime to have it fixed or adjusted rather than having to send it away and have another company fix it. So the adjustment is immediate. Thanks to the staff there, our feet are well taken care allowing us to enjoy long distance running and hiking we do all year round. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get custom made orthotics.

January 2023My elderly husband and I were HORRIFIED that an ORTHOTIC BUSINESS DID NOT HAVE AN AUTOMATIC DOOR AND PROPER ENTRANCE FOR THE ELDERLY AND LESS ABLE BODIED WHO NEED ORTHOTICS!!!!!!Please note that David was FANTASTIC!!!! HE IS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE, KIND, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! WE WOULD ONLY RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS DUE TO HIS INCREDIBLE SKILLS AND KINDNESS!

I have been seeing David for many years. I am an active runner and his orthotics has helped me immensely. David's orthotics are well made, he is very knowledgeable, and his staff is professional. I love that his orthotics have a one-year warranty and they really stand by their promise.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have been getting my shoes and orthotics from them for many many years now and David Loh is the best. He is super, kind and patient and really cares about his patients. He has made adjustments to my orthotics and always goes out of his way to find solutions to help his patients. I have brought my parents in and again David treats them with the utmost respect. He makes everyone feel like that are the only patient in the store. It is rare these days to find such genuine kind service.

Nothing but good things to say in regards to this awesome team. I've been using orthotics for decades and this is THE FIRST time I've ever had my issues rectified. I've been to other pediatrists and they'll perform a foot scan with a fancy machine and send out the work to a lab. After Orthotic Abilities makes the molds and prints are completed, everything is done in house, thus the quick turn around time. Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
