Sicilian Pizza

Ordered a lager donair with no onion or tomato, what came was barely a small anywhere else, in the notes portion of my order I asked for the meat to be well done (browned a bit) which I specified.Upon delivery I knew right away when the driver handed it to me it was a small donair , no weight to it at all, Go inside to eat what I just paid for only to discover two things, meat was not well done, not was it brown whatsoever, and it was full of onion, So I call , the man answering the phone said he made it himsel, and there no onion on it, well that was a lie, also he told me that it was well well done, I told him he just have sent the wrong one where he got extreme rude wth me and said “ nothing i can do about it”. Never again

We had wrong item served, they gave us original and re cooked, there is not much more you can do. No bathroom. But great pizza, donair and garlic fingers.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Orderd two regular Donairs with no tomatoes on their online ordering.Didn’t get a confirmation call, email nothing.The delivery driver calls for us to come outside to get our food because we didn’t give an apt number- well he was at the wrong house because we live in a house even double checked the address we gave and it was right on our end (he still got a tip because he “didn’t have change on him” even thou I said I was paying with cash in my order.)Once we get our food we open them up and the “no tomatoes” we order was actually so full of tomatoes there was nothing left after I picked them all out. The added cheese I paid 1.50 for was a single clump in the middle at the top. The donair was so drenched in sauce that it wasn’t even edible and don’t even get me started on the size of this “regular” donair. It was so small my child could have eaten it and still been hungry. Worst place I have ever ordered from all around and will never be going back, and I urge anyone to refrain from there as well. There are WAY better places around for better prices to top.

The pizza is usually great, best pizza around. The problem is sometimes the staff have an attitude, and don't get orders right, or won't make the order you want. Case in point, I made an order today, a bacon double cheeseburger sub, asked for no mayo, and mayo was put on anyway. My girlfriend wanted a chicken sub with no bun, as she can't eat the bread. The guy working there wouldn't make it, he couldn't figure out that he just had to put it in a container like a salad. He was incompetent. He refused to make it. Worst of all, he didn't want to take the time to figure it out, claimed to be too busy. Bottom line is, apparently they don't care about making individual customers happy. The attitude seems to be, hey we get lots of business, so who cares if individual customers are satisfied. What ever happened to the customer is always right"?"

I normally order delivery which is always good and fresh. I walked in and got two slices of pizza and inquired whether they had new pizza coming out as the slices available were kind of dry. They didn't have any new pizza and did not give a discount for the dried out slices that were there. Disgusting pizza tonight. Not impressed as I spend 30-40 dollars a week there.

Truly great pizza, great price, and great friendly service! We love that it was perfectly cooked with the right ratios of toppings and consistently spread across the pizza. We WILL be going here again!

Tonight the pizza was perfect! Thanks so much! Hot, cheesy and the bacon was delicious. Delivery was quick too. I ordered around5:45 and the Za arrived at 6:05.Thanks again!

Great pizza donair was pretty good too. Limited seats due to covid-19.

The owner is incredibly rude and is a liar. Told me that you cannot use credit cards to order pizza. Wouldn't deliver to me even though I'm on the same street. Hung up on me when I tried to ask him a question. Finally ordered the pizza through door dash (my girlfriend really wanted sicillians) and not only was it cold but it is terrible pizza that tastes like cardboard. Do not support this business which can't make pizza worth eating or interact with customers in a professional way. I hope my comments will save someone the pain of ordering from here.

Worst experience ever, if there is a option I would choose 0 star. I ordered from Uber eats, and the app shows the order is not prepared for more than an hour. Then the store finally called 15 minutes after the estimate delivery time, telling me to contact the Uber driver or the app. After 10 minutes, I told them that there is nobody on the app right now, and I asked him if he could contact the app through his side. He was already speaking quite rude, then he started to say that it is my problem, not his that I could not get my order. I asked him if he could deliver the food, asks why don’t I go pick it up myself...Well, isn’t that what delivery is for? He told us he can’t contact the app, and there is nothing he can do because he is not the owner. Me and my partner were strongly bothered by his attitude, and asked for the owner, then he decided to hang up on us. By the way I already paid for the food, and this employee yelled no refund when me and my partner discuss what the solution could be. First time, probably the last time ordering here
