Canada Post

Still waiting for a bd card from daughter sent Nov 27th. As of today, December 28th, STILL NOT IN MAILBOX! That with TWO other shipments, handed off to CDA postCan't even trust them anymore.

Woman working seemed very annoyed I inconvenienced her by looking at products. I asked if they had a specific type of box (large postage paid box) and she rolled her eyes and was visible frustrated getting it from the back. I was going to buy some supplies to prepare packages but just left instead.

I had excellent customer service this morning with mailing my parcel! The lady was helpful and answered my questions. Thank you.

I went to inquire about a parcel sent by regular air mail, the front desk person was so impatient and when I asked if there any way to know the status of it after 5 weeks (usually arrives within 3 weeks), she said 'whatever, we can't help and track it' and she walked away! Super POOR customer service, at least she could try to be helpful or answer it politely.

I have dropped off parcels at this Canada Post location many times. I often recieve excellent costumer service from onw of the employees, they are younger with blonde hair. She is very professional to deal with. Unfortunately there is another female employee with blond hair and a nose piercing who is extremely rude to deal. After witnessing poor costumer service (yet again) from this employee I was informed by another frequent client of this Canada Post that this employee is well known to be rude to everyone especially if you often drop parcels off. Apparently the situation is so bad many people no longer go to this Canada Post. Now I know why there are always P.O. Boxes available at this location but no where else, no one wants to deal with this employee.

Mailman won't take old mail from people that don't live in my household back theyy are writing sassy notes and the mail in pilling up so unprofessional.I tried to explain they don't live here but they wrote another note saying we will keep delivering it and not picking it up.Sorry to everyone who lost mail I'm throwing it out after a year. Not my issue anymore they don't want to help the situation fine.

I went to pick up a package at 3:30pm and the employee told me that they were closed, even though they close at 4pm, and she was right there. She said that she had just turned the computer off and that I could come back the next day.

The nicest post office staff in all of nanaimo!

I get excellent service every time I come in here, which was 10 times in December 2020. I find the staff extremely helpful. I never had to wait long.

Due to an error with my postal box, I had to make a trip into the harewood postal stop in the university village mall. Susan went above and beyond to help me with fixing the issue. Wonderful service.
