While they appear very pleasant and easy to deal with. Once your done they will lie to you with an email stating your deposit is being refunded. But once you inquire about it they will talk in circles and say your not getting refunded. Liars are the worst people to deal with and will never deal with them or recommend them to anyone. Will keep everyone posted after I’m done filing through small claims court

Not reliable. Someone climbed over into our unit and stole things. They said they would check cameras and never did. They have 0 responsibility for keeping your things safe. Keep a list for police you'll need it.

Terrible experience. Had my unit broken into and all valuables stolen, as well as didn't receive my deposit back. Was great at first until I realized the lack of care with security and funds.

The unit was clean, the facility is secure and well maintained, including lights to make the night trips to storage easy. The owner is friendly and responds in a timely manner to any questions.

Great facility! Very affordable rates, clean modern storage with many security cameras to provide 24/7 monitoring. The management is friendly, accommodating, and easily accessible through either phone or email. Can't go wrong with Welland Self Storage. Highly recommended!!

Had my unit broken into owners don't seem to care at all do to their own laziness and not completing our unit by leaving a small gap betweem the wall and the roof furtermore they said they would check the camera and they didn't.

Very secure, 24 hr access and very clean. They contact you right away, Within minutes through via text and email as well as a follow-up phone call. Excellent! Excellent!Excellent!
