opened an account with them because of convenience, now they're closed more then they're open, as someone who doesn't drive and has a work that does not do direct deposit leaves me with no good options for depositing my cheques, my only options are get a ride or bus across city or deposit it through the taking a photo of the cheque which still results In a hold on the cheque. Which is of no help when it comes to needing my money for bills, I will be shutting my account down with them and switching banks.

The ATMs are closed during non-banking hours. This makes absolutely no sense to me, not to mention how wildly inconvenient that makes banking with Cambrian.

Slow process of getting anything done. Tough finding answers to simple questions. Residential mortgaging is a screw tightening experience, and Commercial is an absolute nightmare. Savings rates usually below other credit unions.

Really like it there everyone seems to be very friendly and nice, just yes when it come to money being processed into my account it takes time , and I’m really not going to be happy if I have to wait 15 working days even just 7 working days... just to access money that I need immediately for emergency reasons .. it’s Ridiculous

Worst credit union in the world. They take forever to get anything done, and they'll happily let you deposit money but when it comes to withdrawing investments, and their investment managers in general they are utterly useless and will mess up any banking you need done.
