Best in Winnipeg. If you are looking to sew a custom design for both men and women, she is your go to designer. She handled the Bridesmaid dresses for my wedding and other custom pieces I wore and they were perfect. Also, she is very affordable... no need to break the bank. Bonus: she delivers on time.. no disappointment.
