Amazing business and customer service 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone

The staff is always helpful, and they have an absolutely awesome selection. They are knowledgeable about their product and always willing to help.The one thing that drives me crazy is that they take shoes and consign them - great! But they give you a piece of paper with an arbitrary number on it. If you do not keep track of that number, you're out of luck months later when your items might finally sell. They could, obviously, keep track using a real number/method of organization (like a phone number or last name) but I imagine it's much better for having to pay out to use a physical piece of paper knowing many customers won't have that six months later.It's not the biggest thing, but when you're already paying a premium to support local (versus ordering online), it would really contribute to that feeling of awesome service to know they appreciate you, too.

Staff and manager- very approachable and knowledgeable. The store has all your dance needs from class to competition, and prices are exactly to be expected for buying the real product- not the knock offs.Definitely my favorite dance store.

For girls this store is great. Customer service has always been very good.For guys, #boysdancetoo , the selection is incredibly disappointing. Going to the store at the beginning of the season I was hopeful there would be some new items for guys but it was the same as it was in the Spring.I did find new tap shoes yesterday and I'm happy with them!

When I was younger, I used to be a ballet dancer... I was looking for Capezio tights for winter, coz I remember those I had were thick and good for layering in winter, so I came to this place. They have many choices, even have some items on sale. Being heavy, I just couldnt find the right size for myself, which makes sense coz ballet dancers are slimmer. This store has really nice tights! Prices are reasonable. You can even find many originally made items, Spain, USA, etc. Too bad for me, I just have to lose unwanted weight.

Drove an hour to the city to buy shoes for my daughter. She's a size 3-4, I was assured dance shoes fit the same as regular shoes, got a size 4. She can't even get them past her toes. I cannot return them as they're from the second hand stock. Out $40 and the gas I spent to get there. Very frustrating since it wasn't my fault buying the wrong size. Staff was no help on the phone.

Great customer service in my experience. Prices are a little high but i had about 8 choices for mens shoes to choose and i tried them all on and they were patient enough with me to take my time and practise with all of them and choose the right one.

My favorite store to vist. Always so helpful and knowledgeable! I look forward to coming every time. Love it here.

Came in two weeks ago and told the clerk which studio and class we need shoes for. Purchased what she brought us. My daughter brought the shoes to her next class and was told they were wrong. Attempted to exchange them tonite and they refused. Not the first time they’ve sold us the wrong shoes and refused to exchange them—but it’s definitely the last.
