The driver of this cab is unsafe. He was driving below the speed limit of 30 km, which seemed reasonable because the roads are snow covered. I felt comfortable enough to pass him but he sped up, so I slowed down to get back behind him and he slowed down again to 30 kms.

Over an hour waiting for a cab and when I called back, the dispatch was less than professional. The cab driver himself shouldn't be on the roads. From tailgating and speeding to the endless chatter on his Bluetooth. I don't recommend these people at all. Just horrible service.

I had a wheelchair and I was refused service. I phoned the office and they said it's up to the driver if he wants to drive you I will never give you service ever again unicity gladly helped my daughter's and me out. Don't trust this company.

DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS TAXI (404). Almost got into a major car accident twice in my 10 minute trip. Kept slamming on the breaks and was rude for no reason. The car itself was also in extremely bad shape, it was dirty and did not feel safe to drive.

Usually Duffy's is a good taxi. But this time, is different. The cab we booked was stolen by another customer. The driver did not even verify who the taxi was for. Waited more than 25 min. then phoned Unicity, aggravated. Duffy's refused to send another cab. Taxi No. was 304.

Guy had the heat turned up and i was sweating bullets back there but I can deal with that!He was a dangerous driver, cutting people off, weaving in and out of traffic for no reason, and a lot of tailgating, passing transport trucks dangerously close while truck is turning, overall not impressed!Cab was decently clean!

The service itself was not bad. For the couple thousand rides they provided there was only a handful of complaints. That being said it was the poc in our company that had issues. We had a corporate account set up with them and started having problems when we linked the account with their app. We had restrictions which were ignored by this company. We were charged for rides that didn't meet the criteria. Staff who had left our employ were getting free rides because they had our code. Even though our contract stipulated that a ride had to start or end at one of our properties. This got to the point that we stopped using them around Christmas. We are still getting invoices in April. We sent them a letter stating we have cut ties and we wouldn't pay any ride after February 15th. Just got a bill for the 17th. We of course won't pay it.

Hailed the taxi at Garden City Mall, driver wanted me to prepaid. First time ever that I was asked for that. Very poor driver, did not know city. This will be the last time I will call Duffy’ s. And all my friends will know about my experience. GOOD BYE

I got yelled at by a driver because he showed up 15 minutes early to his scheduled pickup. Like, dude, you're picking me up from work. I scheduled you at that time because that's when I'm allowed to leave. If you show up early that is 110% your problem. That was a year ago and I have not taken a cab since. Uber for the win.

On April 17/23 between 10:04am -11am my 2 sister took a cab to go home from Dynacare McPhillips. Cab #390 pick them up. When they arrive home they didn't know that one of my sister's bag was left on the cab until I drop by the house to help out and that when they realize that her bag is missing. Call Duffy's office to check but Driver have not log off yet. Advice to call back the next day.Spoke to Carol April 18/Tue @ 7:57am to check and she confirm that the purse/bag has been brought in by the driver and filed in the lost and found report.First and foremost I would like to say Thank you to the driver ofCab #390 that day. We greatly appreciated and respect your honesty.Thank you very much!!
