I’ve been insured by promutuel for personal and business for roughly 10 years . So far service has been great at this particular branch. I recently was served by Benoit Lacasse who did his best to serve me as quick as he could. The timelines are Long for certain business insurances but that is not the branches fault but rather the insurance system.Thank youMerci

Just got my insurance renewal papers and was shocked to see my monthly payments going up by a LOT, it's highway robbery!! Never made any claims! Now shopping around for a different insurance company. I was a very loyal customer, not anymore.

Been a customer for over 20 years finally made a claim and got the worst service ever..... Gave it 1 star cause I was forced to. I do not recommend these hounds.
