We have a system with them and the service is terrible. For no reason the alarms dysfunction at 1:00 am - we call the emergency number as it is a technical issue - we leave countless messages on the emergency number and no one calls us back. We had to manually wreck the system so that we could sleep as NO ONE called us back. They are quick to take your money but when you need assistance on emergency no one is available.

I have been a customer of One Smart Home for 4 years. At the start, they had the best customer service. They went through a rough patch where getting things done we slow, difficult or even not at all. Had I reviewed them in 2020, I would have given them a 1 star review. We lived with glitches for a few months. They have since made some changes to their business and everything in our home is working as it should or even better. They have gone above and beyond to make up for the past glitches and go the extra mile to ensure even the little things are working well. Their set up has made life much more convenient and functional. They are receptive to our needs and are there to support us when we need them.

We purchased 2 tv sound systems and a universal remote from this company about a year ago. The universal remote stopped working in August and I tried to contact them. No one responded until just recently after several attempts on my part. The owner claims to have taken a job with a new company and that they are no longer in business and therefore can longer help with the warranty claim. I contacted the universal remote manufacturer and they claim the business is still actively placing orders and operating under the name of One Smart Home. The service with this company is horrible. It originally took several months for them to get the original installations correct. I would not recommend using them. Truthfully they deserve a minus 5 stars.

This is the worst company to deal with. The most basic thing in a house is wifi and I've had spotty wifi forever. They were unable to fix it the first time after several service calls. They changed all kinds of hardware and software as well. Still didn't fix it. Called them again. They sent me a bill of $500 for the service call and also sent a long list of issues to be fixed alongwith the cost to fix them. They are the ones who provided the hardware and software. They of course are not standing by their products or service, Worst, worst company to deal with. If I had the option, I would give them zero stars.

One smart home installed Provision cameras for our dental office 2 years ago, constantly run into issues with our security cameras not showing live feed or playback in my phone or internet browser. This is the 4th time this happens in the past 2 years. I even can't get a hold of them to come and fix this time. Disappointing costumer service.
