I have bought 2 Fans about 67 days ego.They have not used sofar and even the boxes are intact .I needmy money, so I went there today to refund them. Sorrily they refused my request and I became very upset that why I chose this shop ?????

Went to hudson’s bay to check out some furniture with my boyfriend. While testing out the lounge chairs, we got interrupted by a cashier named Hajra, who was too busy glaring at us reclining and testing the chairs. 1 minute after being on the chair she decided to leave her till (even though there was a line up of 6-10 people) She came up to us and said “You cannot lounge on the chairs!” Which is when we decided to leave and look else where. Although we found a chair from another store, it wasn’t as good as the one we were testing at Hudson‘s Bay. However, we refuse to return to the store because of the poor customer service.

I bought a cute sundress with a missing button, and the lady was kind to knock the price down yet another 20% on top of the already low final sale price. She suggested I take the bottom button and leave the skirt a bit open to use the buttom up top. It works. Very nice. :)

Lesley provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and made sure that all my requests were handled with care. She was extremely friendly attentive and helpful and gave me a very positive experience.

I made it into the store 5 mins before closing, not realizing in advance that it was closing earlier than the rest of the mall Lougheed Mall stores. There was just enough time to get a nice pair of pants.

Customer service was very friendly and the gifting options was plenty. However, overall in general not much of a perfume selection options.But a very neat and welcoming place

Good store, but I was quite annoyed that you cannot sample any men’s fragrances, while you can sample many women fragrances.

Terrible service, sales lady on top floor of womens clothing department super unfriendly, bad attitude, refused to show me where the fitting room was after wandering the store for 10 minutes unable to find it. Gave very unclear directions and expected me to know what she was talking about.
