Dog World Bedrock Kennels

We boarded our three dogs for the first time at Dog World, we will defiitely use them for all our future needs. A professional place to keep our dogs happy and safe. Caring and intimate with every dog. Super impressed!

I've been using Dog World for Daycare and Boarding since my now almost 1 1/2 year old pup was about 6 months old. I cannot say enough good things about them. I give them a lot of credit for how well socialized my pup is. They always give me an update on his behaviour and any observations. When I leave him there I am confident that he is having a great time and is well cared for. I've also used their grooming and nail trimming services and they do a great job.

Very transactional. We used this facility last minute as something came up and I was told I was going to have photos posted online of my dog. Nothing was ever posted in 3 days.I was over charged with multiple line items that was never discussed pre-boarding (holiday cost, extra person charge etc).Basically lacking transparency- be careful.We travel a lot, from Florida, to Nova Scotia to Vancouver, BC and we’ve used a lot of boarding facilities. I would not choose this one again.It feels they are more into money making than dogs and sadly not as open and transparent to all costs upfront with dog owners, which leaves a bad taste.

I've been taking my puppy Dave here since he was very young for both boarding and daycare. I travel quite a bit and was nervous leaving him somewhere when he was so young. Dog World has been a blessing in ensuring he is properly socialized and cared for while I am away - my pup loves it and the trainers always give me positive feedback about his experience. The daily pictures while Im away always ease my mind as it's clear he's having a great time. Booking is also so easy and if you have any questions they will be answered right away. If you're nervous about leaving your dog somewhere for the first time, don't hesitate in taking them to Dog World they will be loved and safe here!

Our pups have always been very well cared for at Bedrock. We appreciate how active and social they get to be while we are away. It is always reassuring to know they are in such good hands when we can't be with them.

My dog Henry loves going here. He goes every Tuesday and enjoys all the fun times to be had. Pool time is his favourite. The ladies are very friendly and are very well trained for the job. Highly recommend!

Dog World surpassed my expectations and my dog definitely had an amazing time. They posted lots of pictures on Facebook and I could see my pup smiling and partying everyday! Outstanding facilities and customer service!
