My friend recommended this place to get a bridal bouquet for my wedding and I was not disappointed. Customer service is great! I ordered a custom made bouquet and the owner sent me pictures of different flowers for approval when she got fresh flowers. The bouquet was exactly what I expected and I was very happy with it! My in-laws made a surprise and ordered from the same place a hat box with flowers matching my bouquet, very beautiful!

Although the prices are reasonably high, the customer service is excellent and the amount of different products is amazing! It’s a perfect place to swing by after work to grab your loved one some flowers! I always have them wrapped up so lovely and when you follow flower-care instructions, they last a long time.

Bay Fresh Flowers is my favourite place to order flowers for the loved ones. Last time I asked them to make a bouquet with tulips just to cheer myself. It was absolutely stunning and the other nice thing was that these tulips had a very nice smell.

Amazing service and beautiful flowers! Ordered a custom bouquet for my mom this morning and it was delivered just a few hours later. The flowers were beautiful and even better than I could have imagined! Heads up that they do call the recipient ahead of time which might spoil the surprise a bit, for me this was fine as they were able to coordinate a time that she was home (and were very kind to accommodate her schedule and deliver before she had to leave for the afternoon). Would definitely order from here again!

I called them on the day before Mother's Day and they were able to make the flower arrangement and also make the delivery in about 2 hours time on that same day. I was almost expecting that they would only be able to make the delivery on Sunday, if at all. But they told me they could do it that same day by a certain time and they kept their word. The person I spoke with , Paul, was also very nice and helpful. I wasn't there to look at the flowers, but my grandmother, my uncle and aunt told me that the flowers were very nice. My uncle and grandmother couldn't hear the doorbell when they rang, but they didn't just leave the flowers at the doorstep. They rang the doorbell until my uncle heard them and opened the door. I definitely appreciated that. Overall a very pleasant experience buying flowers from them.

Amazing place with amazing service! It was my first time to order flowers remotely and I asked probably dozens of questions, but received a gentle answer on each of them. I ordered pink long stem roses and they were absolutely beautiful!
