I had a bit of trouble finding Ryan's store, which is tucked away behind a piano shop. However, the small selection of watches inside was beautiful and well worth the effort. I was looking for a Mido watch, and Ryan turned out to be the only dealer in Calgary.Ryan's passion for watches was immediately clear, and he was incredibly helpful in helping me find the right one. He even let me step outside to see how the watch looked in natural light, which was a great touch. I ended up buying the Mido Ocean Star 200C, which I initially wasn't too impressed with indoors, but it looked stunning in the daylight.Ryan was able to offer me a great offer on the watch, which was an unexpected surprise. He's a watch collector and hobbyist, and you can tell that he truly enjoys talking about watches. I appreciated his easygoing and non-pushy approach, which made the purchase experience enjoyable.Overall, I would highly recommend checking out Ryan's store if you're looking for a new watch. The cozy little space is a hidden gem, and you'll be in great hands with Ryan.

The best watch shop that I've ever been to. Bezel House had immaculate customer support, a knowledgeable lead, and an incredibly polite business style. I never once felt pressure to buy here. If you want a local, low-pressure, and incredibly versatile watch boutique in Alberta, this is your shop.

Incredible service and communication from start to finish. Great selection of watches from affordable to grail pieces and I personally love the availability of the consignment section so I can add pieces to my collection that are still in excellent condition. I have bought several watches from them, both new and used. I am always impressed and I have yet to find a rival closer to home (Toronto) that matches their level of care.

The owner was so helpful, kind, and caring and took the time to address the issues I was having with my watch even though I showed up 10 minutes before his closing time. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Great experience.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order 10 days back as a wedding gift for someone. THERE IS NO WAY to communicate with them. No one responds on email, no phone number. I don’t know how to go about this now. I’m going to call my credit card company to see if I can do a chargeback. DONT BUY ONLINE.

Ryan is a true professional. Very knowledge and quick to respond. I ordered my watch from Calgary and had it shipped more than half way across Canada. It came very quickly and very well packaged. He answered all questions I had and made my first luxury watch purchase an absolutely great experience. I very highly recommend Ryan and Bezel House if you want great experience and a great watch.

Purchased a watch labeled as in stock. was told it'll take 2 weeks to arrive. No big deal. Then Ryan continued to ghost me for 2 months. Emailed for a refund, ghosted. Had to open a chargeback with my credit card company to get his attention and a refund.

Where do I even start with my review of Bezel House?!Ryan has created such a unique experience for the watch community here in Calgary. He is honestly one of the biggest catalysts for why the watch scene is growing so fast. I have been going to BH for over 2 years now and there is never a dull moment when you step into the shop, even if you're just swinging by to say hi.I am always taken care of when I go, and Ryan literally has the best selection of Seiko, Ball, Mido and Tissot watches in the city!If you are shopping elsewhere, you should reconsider your life!
