I would give them zero stars if I could. They mislabelled that the part would fit my model of chainsaw. They said I could return it for a full refund and they would also refund my shipping costs to ship it back. Well, they got it back 2 weeks ago and 4 emails later of them not responding, they haven't given me a refund. This place is an absolute ripoff and I warn people to stay away from them!!! They will cheat you. Just stick to the better known places....AVOID THEM!!!

I ordered a niche bearing for my ATV what I received I will never know no markings no part numbers on it no original box just a white box. I meassaged and they said oh sometimes they don't come in the original boxes or have part numbers. sounds awful fishy to me will never buy again if possible they don't answer their phones either.

Purchased a starter clutch for my Yamaha V star 1100 and it fell apart after less than 3 months. They claim to have genuine parts and “guarantee” customer satisfaction, but when I emailed them about part replacement or refund they refused to do anything about it. Total waste of money and time.

I ordered a wet clutch, housing, and one way bearing for my Yamaha Grizzly 660 atv. The one way bearing was delivered loose in an oversized box. Several of the rollers had fallen out during shipping and had to be put back together. Brand new this bearing slipped easily by hand. The shaft on the wet clutch housing sheared clean of 5 minutes into the first ride after reassembly. If you think you are going to save money over OEM using Niche products you are wrong. You are just adding this wasted time and money to gone with originally.Run, don't walk!

Site says 2nd day delivery. Ordered on the 2/16 and was told it would arrive Wednesday 2/19. Received tracking information and says Thursday 2/20 by 8pm. I only purchased from them because of the 2 day delivery. I can get the same item on Amazon $10 cheaper, but I needed it on Wednesday and Amazon delivery was Thursday. Now it may not be that big of a deal to some, but when the site says 5 star customer service, and they do nothing to resolve the issue, I dont think I'd want to do business with them.UPDATE: After several emails back and forth, there was apparently a misunderstanding on there part. Site said 2 days on several items, but manager was told purchases over $99. I sent him a screenshot of the delivery guarantee, and he refunded the $10 difference of the Amazon part. Still got item later than anticipated, but did what they could do.

I bought a camshaft for a 400ex. The camshaft lobes were too big that they hit the case and got stuck forcing my timing chain to try to brake the cam free. Bending the gear, causing it to shave metal from the case into my oil.

Purchased one of there none ebs drive clutch for a sportsman 500, showed up in an unmarked box not sure if it the right one I even ordered, put the weights and spring in and installed it, didn't fix my problem but managed to create mor problems now the weights catching in the inside of the spider causing it to stay engaged, customers service is no help either just told me no returns on installed parts. Buyer beware machining of these parts aren't even close to OEM quality

placed an order online with this company. received confirmation, order number and tracking number! then in two days checked the tracking number with the courier service, said it had been cancelled by the sender! yet still charged my credit card $609.95! phoned them numerous times to inquire what had happened and why they had cancelled it. however nobody ever answered nor did they return my messages that i had left on the answering machine!

Bought drive clutch for my sportsman maybe went. 300 ft . parked atv due to overheating issue . finally got to work on fixing it this month . pulled belt housing off to find a teflon bushing in pieces . emailed this time cause calling them gets u no where . they do not sell parts and warranty only good for 90 days. Now i know going cheap isn't best option . was going to purchase parts for engine but not now I'll spend the money to buy oem parts and will never refer them to anyone . poor service on fixing the problem and standing behind there products

Bought a chain for 2004Triumph Daytona a year ago (appx 3000) miles. Installed correctly, lubed every Saturday, kept at 30-40 mm slack. Chain broke and destroyed case. Ruined my pristine bike see pics. Do not recommend. Emailed Niche ......no response. Will be opening case with NHTSA
