We came to Oksana’s for my daughter’s grade 12 graduation dress and tried on many dresses. Mimi was amazing! She brought us a lot of great choices and waited very patiently while we tried on the best choices a few times. We found the perfect dress. So much selection and amazing choices. Thank you!!

Extremely disappointed. We ordered a dress in the beginning of February and we specifically told them the event was MAY 26TH. We heard nothing from them whatsoever between then and when WE reached out 2 weeks ago wondering where the dress was. They told us the dress would not be ready until the end of June. They recommend to take the dress off the rack and would take $100 off the original price of a $500 dress. We then asked for alterations and/or dry cleaning and they told us no and that all they could do is $100 off or a refund. So we ended up having to take the dress from in-store which was too small and paying elsewhere for alterations. It’s genuinely so upsetting to pay so much for a dress 3 months in advance and not be able to have it on time. As this was an important event we were very disappointed and this added more stress to our family.

Highly recommend this place. Customer service was exquisite!!! The dresses are to die for because they make you feel like a real Disney princess. The mood of the place is very welcoming like the stuff. The stuff was really nice and patient with me trying on like 50 dresses and that what I call good customer service.

This store is a fantastic place to acquire a dress if you love having special events ruined for you. Despite ordering MONTHS in advance they were somehow unable to meet the date requested. Not only that, they didn’t even notify us of the lateness until it was nearly too late, resulting in a scramble to find a better store that actually respects the people paying them money. Garbage.

We visited the store on multiple occasions only to leave very content and happy with finding the dress for my daughter's graduation. Every employee we interacted with, were very very lovely and kind. The store itself was amazing. I would strongly recommend making a visit for your fancy dress needs! Thank you kindly for the wonderful service!

This place doesn’t have any respect to clients. We bought a suit for our son and we stand at the front of the shop and our son said I don’t want this suit I didn’t feel comfortable with it but I was shy to say that in the front of the worker. So, we went inside and ask the worker to return the suit because we didn’t leave yet and he said we don’t return or exchange. I asked for the manager and he gave me the number which was the store in Crossiron Mills. After speaking on the phone with the manager there she said that they will give us a credit store and that was disappointed because we didn’t leave the store.I don’t recommend this place for anyone and if you don’t have any other choice please double check everything before you pay.

My Sales Consultant" was Mimi and she was really nice the whole time I was trying on the clothes. She was really patient even though I was taking a long time to pick the dress that would suit me the best and she would also give out other options for me to try on. :)"

I would give them a zero. We bought an amazing dress for my mom for my wedding. It was 2 sizes too big and we were going to get it taken in. The lady had trouble with the zipper, she said is was “just her fingers”.We bought the dress and then took it home, tried it on to show my dad. The zipper broke completely. We took it back ( we only had it 2 hours) and just wanted to replace it since the zipper broke and it was not our fault and the zipper was faulty from the start.We were told that it wasn’t their problem and they do not take responsibility after it leaves the shop. These dresses are not cheap $ 700. No customer service and don’t care as long as you buy it.Never go here, I would rather spend my money in a business that doesn’t lie and cares about their customers.

I bought a grad dress for my daughters grad from Oksana’s. Rebecca was so helpful and patiently waited to assist my daughter in zipping and tieing each dress. It was a stress free event and my daughter found the perfect dress. Thank you Rebecca for the great service you provided in helping my daughter.
