Worst place to live. The building is full of roaches. The building super is cooperative but the upper management is irresponsible and cheap. They will make your life miserable. If you love yourself and your family, never rent apartment in this building

Worst apartments ever.1. Got cockroaches since the first day of move in.2. Worst Building management ever seen in life, always argues with tenants and tries to make their life miserable.3. One of the old buildings in Kitchener.4. Amenities like washer, dishwasher, thermostat not included.5. After a month we finally have bed bugs.I am surprised how did I last a month?I wish I could rate it 0 :-(****Never rent an apartment here****

Have visited many times in the past. Have always found Green Valley Drive a .reat block of apartments in a beautiful location. Pioneer park Mall is also excellent for day to day shopping. Museum and Library managed by pleasant and knowledgeable staff.. Could live their tomorrow if circumstances in life were different.
