Canada Post

I would give zero stars to Canada Post. Fraudulent organization! Please remove your attractive note from the website, as it is misleading: Get next-day and 2-day shipping with XpresspostTM. All items are tracked

The people at this post office know me by name and are super cool, fun and friendly!

For lack of a better description, this post office is where you may also I think a hard copy of a passport application. The pharmacy is a 'plus' one, because they provide so many grocery items, even lettuce etc., if you're stuck!

I've had nothing but good experiences with Canada Post. Every time I order something online and it is shipped with Canada Post I'm relieved because I've had bad experiences with every other courier service. Every time I've shipped something from this location the staff have been friendly and helpful

I had a good experience. The employees were very kind, patient, and helpful. I only had to send a letter, so it was quickly done.

They hesitate to accept works that take more effort than usual small post office work stuff.I wanted to mail several extra large boxes with max allowed weight, and they were not at all happy about that because it needed too much work. They reluctantly accepted as if they are doing me a huge favour.

After 10 years of using the other 2 post offices nearby, the one at StLaurent & Napoleon has become more convenient location. However! Use at your own risk.. Am giving one star for the one good employee who actually was helpful.At this postal location, there is always one who is consistently hostile. Today was my limit when I (warned nicely) did need some patience to put together a large flat art commission. The employee Janan was flippant to every request, said inappropriate things about my mask, and was consistently abrupt / unhelpful - which is how she handles friendly requests. Thankfully an employee from the drugstore actually helped me fit the oversized envelope together, so it could be taped shut.Abruptly, again, Janan tells me do it over there" (even though there was no other customers at the time) pointing to her side. So I went to the side counter

Sent an item with Canada post paid extra for express on Monday they said should take 2 days. Now it’s been a week and still not arrived :(Don’t send urgent items with them.

It is the only Canada Post office where customers are forced to fill out forms, through their website to make international shipments, and if it is not done, the people who attend get annoyed, I will not return to this office with that bad attention

Didn't even ring the doorbell for my package (I was literally home all day). I specifically left directions to leave the package on the front door in case they couldn't contact me. Yet again a great example of how well these people do their jobs (sarcasm). Like why do these people even walk/drive around the city if they're not going to actually deliver" anything? Honestly I can't believe I'm saying this but I've been having better luck with Purolator; seriously that is a low bar to cross and they've managed to spectacularly trip and fall. Actually that's too much credit for them
