Great experience from the initial contact, through no pressure sales, modifications, and final delivery. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful service oriented personnel. The GM is one of the most responsive, courteous, responsible sales persons I have ever met. Price is OK on some parts for a Honda generator. At least they serving Edmonton thanks not too many place selling parts for Honda generator

I've been twice over the last 3yrs for a helmet, the staff and service have always been great, lots of selection. The most recent one I called to check for my size and they didn't have it in stock but had it ordered in for me within 3 days. Great service

If ever I need any more bikes I’ll be coming back to Honda Extreme for sure, was super easy going getting everything set up to purchase a bike. Would highly recommend going to Jared Reid. Super nice guy, went through the extra effort to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend this place.

Guys don't buy the new Honda mowers yet - From my experience the older Honda models are far more superior than the new ones - Parts service for the older Honda models is still pretty good still even in 2021 - I'm giving a 4 star review due to the poor Location as it's really far away( Good Service ) ( Poor Location ) ( Superior Older Honda models )Review made on Sept 28th/10:41am/2021

Absolutely Great Customer Service And Product. Walked In Last Night, Shortly Before Closing, Having Previously Called To Make Sure The Item I Wanted Was In Stock. The Person On the Phone, More Than Expected Answered All My Questions Honestly And With Great Knowledge Of The Product I Was Looking At. I Was Sold Once Hearing The Information Provided. Drove To The Store, Actually Seen The Store Numerous Times, But Have Never Stopped In, Really Glad I Did.I Walked In With My Family In Tow, Staff Were More Than Friendly, Knowledgeable And Helpful. I Dealt With Jared And Could Not Have Asked For A Better Experience. The Sale Went Extremely Smooth Even Though My Wife Was Trying Her Best To Get Any Sort Of Discount Possible, Jared Kept His Cool Through Her Whole Joking Process And Didn't Flinch A Bit Even When I Thought She Might Have Been Pushing The Discount On A New Item Too Far. Came in for a dirt bike , salesmen didnt play any weird financial games with me. Everything was upfront and honest, very hard to find a good dealership that doesnt try to rip you off and confuse you with numbers. 10/10 experience
