compute is always out of order and sttingcspace is not accessible when children are running in and out of the centre.

Management (Katy) and coordinators are useless. They will do anything but book people who inquire. Their emails will always say “sorry ____ day is already booked” and you can ask but they will never tell you a day that’s available. If you call and ask they will say they’re booked everyday but won’t put that in an email because it’s a lie. I work out there and see the emptiness… do your job and allow the public to rent the publicly funded gym…

The staff are friendly and welcoming.Gym facilities could use some repair: ex, floors uneven in some spots, basketball net is crooked/cant be adjusted; however, the space is good enough for most sport activities.

It is great to have a community centre in our neighborhood. What a nice selection of activities. Please keep many options as always. Some teachers are very good! We have been especially pleased with our ballet teacher Liliya who is of highest qualification. However, some things can be changed for better experience. 1) Floors in the rooms are unacceptable. Kids as young as 3yo sit on the cold dirty floors. 2) A lot of kids attend the facility, but the place is not prepared for that. There is no good place to undress kids before classes, maybe a rack can be added in the main lobby. In the bathroom, stools should be placed for kids to wash hands. It would help to have a small bench for kids to sit on and change.

Love this place. My son has been going to basketball here for 2 terms. Very nice coaches and families.

I visited the community center for the library. But it's really small. I would like to borrow the museum pass, and it is not lucky for me.
