The worst no pharmacy service ever, the team would not focus on the medication but your (coverage or how much you will end up paying ) for a start and would basically lie about your medication readiness. It’s just like a bargaining exercise where you will bargain with them your pick up time and eventually they will make you come to wait for an hour after your pickup time and then tell you (we are doing you a “favour” by expediting it when it usually takes us longer) when you show up based on their provided timeline and when you were actually told that your medication will be ready.And then they basically disappear and pretend they never see you !!Spare yourself the time and find yourself another pharmacy to get your meds !!

i come to this store often to ship out my parcels. sometimes multiple times a week. the amount of rudeness i’ve experienced from staff to the post office employees is insane. On two occasions i’ve witness staff speak to various post office employees in such a manner poor manner. they were harsh and aggressive asking them to do other things while there was a line up. it’s so disappointing to see the lack of respect towards other workers.raising your tone, being aggressive is not ethical at all. I would give it zero stars if I could since it seems like humanity is no longer a thing. Treat your employees with respect, it’s so disappointing to see from such a huge franchise that ive loved coming to.

You guys really need to pick up the phone in Pharmacy. You do not do it, please dont justify this and just pick up the phone. I was on hold for 45 mins. Then got in line at the store, called, and 4 members of your staff were talking to people, on their personal phones, one was even cleaning around the counter, but do not pick up the phone. Please be courteous

I’m very surprised and disappointed in the service of the pharmacy department. For a person like myself whom working in the pharmacy field is not impressed for waiting 30 minutes for 2 prescriptions. The pharmacy has two assistance and one pharmacist and the entire store has less than 10 people and no one waiting at the pharmacy. I had been in this field for over 20 year experience. Never had I have anyone wait for more than half an hour for 2 prescriptions. This place put pharmacy reputation on the line and giving the interpretation that pharmacy can’t provide adequate healthcare service.Time and date June 9 @ 7:35pm

This review is for the pharmacy only.The pharmacy staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. They mis-estimate the waiting time and will make you wait for processing your prescription. One time they made me wait for an extended period of time, and I later found that their system was actually down. They also promise to contact you to inform you of the status of your order but they never do.The pharmacists are very dismissive and uncaring. They frown upon if asked a question.Other pharmacies charge less for filling prescriptions and provide better individualized service. Support local businesses and take your prescriptions elsewhere.

With lots of options these days it'll be fairly easy to walk away from shopping at shoppers drug mart, but why would I?I was here yesterday asking to exchange peanut butter we bought that was on sale during the weekend. Being sick and not able to do my parents groceries my 80 year old father went out and bought the peanut butter we told him not to buy, the blue labelled low sodium type...While the fault lies with us, I would assume they would have a system like pretty much any other store where you could simply exchange the products and proceeded to ask to do so. So the lady rang in a return while I went out and got the regular peanut butter. Then she proceeded to ring it in at a non-sale price saying it's a different peanut butter and wasn't in the flyer. After showing her it was in the flyer, she continued to try to sell it to me at regular price anyways, saying she can't do anything about it that their inventory system is made that way, at the same time wasting my time to validate the price of the peanut butter originally.So I did what most people would do and asked for a manager not only did the manager not do anything different on this but she and the representative had a dialogue in what I think was Spanish before addressing me and my issue.I'm sorry not only is the we'll exchange it but screw you on the price explanation not sitting well with me but neither is the fact that I live in an English (French) speaking country of which neither was spoken in front of me before being told to politely screw myself.So now I will definitely not shop there anymore, had I done the shopping that day I would have probably priced match it using my smartphone but my father doesn't posses these skills, so now I'll ensure I buy nothing on sale at shoppers but go and price match it elsewhere where I know that even if I do screw up they'll exchange things accordingly and at the price that was advertised at Shopper to begin with.Yup sounds like a drastic leap over something so simple but hey if you don't have proper customer service why should you have customers? I just happen to have standards and live by them! And now that I'm at their review page I can understand why it's at 3.3 and falling, just a pity I can't give a half star...

I can’t even begin to describe my anger towards this pharmacy. My child requires some pretty serious and important medication, I submitted a prescription and waited… I was told that have no fear it’s going to be available for pick up. Only to be called late at night, and told that they no longer make the certain medication. If I had been told this earlier on in the day when I called originally, I could’ve sourced the medication from somewhere else but instead, I was told lies and given false hope. Now we are in panic mode and scrambling to find medication for my child. Completely disappointed with the lack of communication and negligence on this pharmacies part.

I called the pharmacy to ask about the compatibility of my medications, and I've been on hold for nearly 15 minutes. I think I need to find a more reliable pharmacy that isn't swayed so much by the reviews that people leave. The pharmacy team is friendly and informative in person, but I think they could use improvement with their wait times over the phone. I don't really use the other departments, so I can't really comment on that, but yeah, just some food for thought.
