Very satisfied with the work done. Apparently Chimney cleaning doesn't have to be messy at all. My fireplace was cleaned as well. Never looked that clean. Also appreciated getting some words of advice how to operate our wood burning fireplace more efficiently.Also appreciate the feedback on our chimney. We were able to repair it in time before it would be more costly.Most definitely will use Enchanted Chimney service next year. Thanks.

Excellent service on the part of all the team and especially the technician Sam who went above and beyond. Sam noticed and pointed out several problems, he asked our consent to have them fixed and then proceeded with the necessary repairs. Very satisfied with the service.

Had a great experience for our first clean/inspection. The job was super clean and the team member was very knowledgeable. Enchanted Chimney Sweeps are what they say! This was the most educational experience regarding proper fireplace and fire cares. Sam was just excellent and very patient with all my questions and also teaching me how to clean the ember guard and glass doors and how to properly open and close the flue which after all these years I was unaware of. If you want exceptional service. This is the company. I had this service done by others and they don't even come close. All the communication was done as advertised. They gave me a 2 hour window and Tom showed up well within the time. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Did an excellent job and suggested things that needed to be done without being pushy. I will call them and only them next time I need this service. Excellent.

I had my first experience with Enchanted Chimney Sweeps and I was very pleased with the service. The sweeper was very professional and left my fireplace area as clean as he found it. I was also dealing with wasps building a nest in my chimney and entering my house. The sweeper got rid of the nest and sprayed the chimney stack outside and is planning to come back with a heavy duty spray to respray. Such a positive experience.
