Avoid at all costs!!!Plenty of other companies out there who won't rip you off.I asked for an explanation of some charges on my invoice and heard nothing back. Tried again, silence.Tech came for less than half an hour and used a few of their tools to assess the situation.Nothing fixed, literally a pry bar used and a thermometer used.$50 travel fee to come 2.4km, $40 truck fee (refused to explain this charge), $31 for the tech to use their tools!!! (Again refused to explain this charge, I'd like to contest it).All of that plus the $100 for the hour" of the tech being at our restaurant.Do Not Use This Conpany!!"

Worst place to work ever! They see what you can do and how you perform and take advantage of you. Work 10 -12 hr days and no lunches or breaks. Good luck if you need to use the washroom. I wiggled in my seat too often!The Operations Manager is useless, complaint calls are daily! I would know as I took them all. Constant call backs as the technicians only want to work from 8am to 1pm and some of them need more training while the clients are spending hundreds to thousands of $$$ and nothing fixed or fixed temporarily. Do yourself a favour, call EMR Services where the two local technicians actually worked for Walker's, that in itself speaks volumes. Something else Walker's does is bash their competitors names such as EMR as I heard it every day. Good luck and have fun training and training new staff. It must be getting tiresome and repetitive.Oh and thank you for your response to this review, you all know that there is more turn over there than you will truthfully admit to. My position alone has gone through several before and after me. And it's not the people in this position, it starts from the titled operations manager" and up."

I have a new commercial kitchen which requires hook up of propane equipments. I spoke to Ricky and I was charged 500 upfront before anyone showed up. Jamie the technician who visited mentioned few modification to the kitchen and sent an email province about even after my agreement .After I got approval from province about the issue which atlantic walker shared they blantly said they cannot do the job now without giving any reason. This company is a scam, the owner/director have purposely made a system to pay off their employee in a manner that they charge customer without even doing the job. They have made an industry norm and puputated an image that lead times are long and complicate simple things.I got my refund from them but wasted my time and money with them.BEWARE AND GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE.
