Paradigm Massage Therapy
Saw Chris for muscle maintenance and injury prevention while training for a triathlon. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable and clearly puts a lot of time and effort into providing the best possible treatment for his clients. He's also friendly and overall a good vibe. Thanks Chris!

Paradigm Massage Therapy
Excellent service. Came to Chris in 2019 in a lot of pain with issues in my whole body. Chris worked wonders with trigger therapy. I can highly recommend his services and I know I will have a hard time finding anyone like him since I moved.

Paradigm Massage Therapy
Chris worked with my daughter for shoulder injuries due to over use as she was a pitcher. He was very professional and knowledgeable, not only helping her with pressure points etc, but giving her exercises to do to help when she was in between appointments. I also went to see him for ailments and he was great. I highly recommend him. Before he left Parksville I was handing out his card to fellow coworkers and they loved him just as much as we did. Was sad to see him move.

Paradigm Massage Therapy
I was experiencing lower back pain due to degeneration and repetitive strain from my job as a nurse, I tried chiropractic treatment for poor effect and it wasn’t until I received ongoing massage with Chris that my pain dissipated. I also suffer a genetic bone disorder which causes joint pain, Chris, was able to pinpoint which muscle were affected and apply effective treatments that helped to relieve my discomfort. Chris always made me feel comfortable and provided professional care.

I was one of Chris’ clients on the Island for the past couple of years. I wasn’t suffering from any specific ailment when I began seeing Chris, but I’m a strong believer in the practice of prevention! Chris’ cool and calm demeanor were always so welcoming after a stressful day at work. His knowledge of the profession and the human body always amazed me! Since Paradigm Massage Therapy moved to the mainland I have yet to find another massage therapist who compares to Chris. He is professional, kind and listens to his patients and takes the time to find out how best to treat them. I came to Chris with shoulder pain that was severe enough to prevent me from sleeping, and over time he was able to completely alleviate that for me. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in his field, not to mention very friendly and fun to talk to :)

Chris is the ultimate professional RMT. He is intelligent and intuitive, with a knowing of exactly what my body needs and the ability to deliver exquisite targeted treatments. I will be taking the ferry from the Island to continue with his amazing treatments. Highly recommend.

Unequivocally I can say I have never received treatment from a better RMT. Chris is a highly skilled, intuitive, and dedicated professional. He gave me instructions on the follow up regime I should be working on at home and took time to explain why my own commitmentto persevering with the stretches and exercises was key to the healing process. A very humble guy, I recommend him in a heartbeat.

Chris was my RMT for over 2 yrs and I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional.I always looked forward to my appointments because I knew any pain or discomfort I had before seeing him would be gone at the end of my session. I was sorry to hear he was moving and have not yet been able to find an RMT to replace him. I wish him all the best and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family on the mainland.

I worked with Chris for a few years, he is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and how to get you fixed up. I had some major hip issues and as a competitive powerlifter most of the advice I got was to just stop, Chris helped me overcome the injuries with massage. The best RMT I have ever been to by far.
