Went to Shelley for Radio High Frequency treatment for broken capillaries on my face and could not be happier. I booked my second appointment for a facial treatment before I left! I am new to Port Dover and I stopped in to meet Shelley and pick up a product today. Instead of quickly selling me what I asked for, she took 45 minutes out of her day off to share so much skin care knowledge and recommendations with me. Offered me some demos, and got to know what my skin concerns are. She didn’t try to sell me on anything, just shared some wonderful knowledge and advice. She was extremely welcoming and so helpful - I look forward to seeing her for facials in the near future! Thanks Shelley!

Shelley was exceptionally knowledgeable and informative during my facial! The products she uses are high quality and she went out of her way to make me comfortable with my facial and with continuing my skincare routine at home. Her knowledge of skincare is amazing! Highly recommended! Her custom facial was truly that, customized to me skin needs! Cannot wait to go back for another facial and to try even more services!!Shelley also does my lashes which allow me the ease of no mascara in the morning! She does exactly as promised, enhances natural beauty!

This was my second time getting a facial here and I will definitely keep going back! Shelley is so helpful and full of knowledge. I’ve been very self conscious about my skin but she makes me feel so comfortable and confident! I also love that on top of the services she provides she teaches me more about my skin so I can better understand how to care for it. I had a hydra facial today and my skin feels and looks amazing. The tone and brightness is so improved! Shelley is very knowledgeable and takes time to learn what you need so she can recommend the best course. Definitely recommend.
