The customer service provided by Krisstessa is absolutely horrible.I set up a new account with Xplorenet on June 5, 2018. The date provided by Xplorenet for the installation was June 7, 2018 in the afternoon.Xplorenet outsources the install of their equipment in my area to Krisstessa. On June 5, 2018 at 5:18 PM, Krisstessa called my cell phone and didn’t leave a message. On June 6, 2018 at 12:22 PM, I called Kristessa back – just guessing that it was the tech from Xplorenet based on the phone number. The receptionist on the other end said that she would have the installer call me back that evening. I received no call back on the evening of June 6th; however, on June 7th (the day of the install) I called Krisstessa at 8:51 AM to confirm my appointment for the installation that afternoon. There was no answer. I did receive a call back at 9:45 that morning – which I missed, and I was finally able to speak to the tech from Kristessa (he told me his name was Chris) at 10:04 AM. For the exact phone log, see the attached screenshot from my cell phone.When I spoke to the tech at 10:04 AM (15 minutes after I missed his call) he barked at me immediately that there was no way that I could have the install done on that afternoon because I hadn’t answered my phone. He then went on to say that if I were to have answered my phone 15 minutes earlier, he would have scheduled a tech to come to my house to install the internet, even though I already had a scheduled appointment for that afternoon. I tried to ask some questions, but any time I tried to talk, the tech on the phone interrupted me and aggressively told me that there was no way he could do the install that day and that he “might” be able to get to it the next day. When I told him that I had taken a day off work to be at the house to meet him, and that I needed a firm commitment of when he would be able to come, he told me that he couldn’t give a commitment and Xplorenet was wrong to tell me that it would be in the afternoon. That they need a window of the entire day to decide when they show up.At this point in the conversation it was clear to me that they had no interest in listening to my concerns, nor did they have any interest in accommodating my schedule to do the install, so I told the tech that I would call Xplorenet back and ask them to send a different company to do the install. The person from Krisstessa laughed when I said that, and then he completely lost it. He just began yelling at me and when I asked him to calm down he got even more aggressive. Eventually I was able to ask him if he had any interest in hearing what I had to say, he said no. Then he barked back that he would just send the ticket back to Xplorenet and tell them to assign it to another company. Clearly it hurt his ego when I told him that I would ask that it be re-assigned, so he did whatever he could to “get back at me”.Not in a million years would I recommend Krisstessa service. It wouldn’t matter to me what they offer – the notion that the can yell at their customers and be rude and aggressive with them as though they are entitled to be in my home is insane.I strongly recommend that unless you enjoy taking abuse from an aggressive, ego fueled technician – avoid this company at all costs.PS – I did call Xplorenet back and they were very apologetic – are escalating the complaint and having a new company come over and do the install.
