Absolutely horrible customer service at the Vaughan location. To top it off this is how they wrapped a $500 communion dress.

I have shopped here a few times but Saturday will be my last. They had a tag on a dress that was marked at 150. When they left the store they realized they paid 210. They went back to the store to say there must be a mistake. They said no mistake that’s how much it is that people change the tags all the time even though this tag was intact , even grabbed the same dress on the rack to see and of course it was 150 but coming up at 210 on their register. They were no help didn’t offer anything and just plain rude about it. So if you shop here make sure to check your receipts.

Absolutely amazing quality product that is to last for years to come. Outstanding selection of clothing and accessories for every occasion. The staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable in everything the store carries and take their time to make sure your shopping experience is to your expectations. I highly suggest if you're looking for great clothing, this is the place to check out. Hunter and Shaye is everything you could ask for in a kids clothing boutique!!

I went to Hunter & Shaye near Vaughan Mills for my daughter’s baptism dress. The store was very clean and Fabiola was friendly and welcoming. She let me know of promotions and dress trends. My sister-in-law (Godmother) came afterwards to view dresses. She also offered styling tips. My sister-in-law ended up purchasing a stunning dress and later a faux-fur coat to wear on top.The quality and selection of dresses was great with lots of unique options. We just had my daughter’s baptism and received tons of compliments on her dress. The dress was well-made.

I went in looking for baptism shoes for my baby. The sales girl was very reluctant to help me. She told me that they probably don’t have what I’m looking for before even asking me what I was looking for. I pointed to some shoes and she said they probably don’t have the size I need. I wish I had gotten her name but I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. Really disappointed that this type of unkindness still exists. Please do better.

Wonderful experience with these 2 staff ladies. Went in with our 4month old great niece and got everything we needed for a wedding next month. Found everything from dress, shoes,socks and a little sweater. Our little Evangeline is dressed and is going to look like a princess. We will definitely be coming back!

Came in to store with intention to purchase 3 outfits. No one seemed to want to assist even though there was no one in the store. Terrible customer service. So I left and went to Zero 20 instead.
