Super friendly and professional vet office! Even with Covid and having to wait in the car, the communication has been very good. So far I never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments.Staff is very knowledgeable and also answered my concerns over the phone when something came up.

I've been a client for over 13 years and I took verbal abuse from the male vet in more than one occasion, but no more. I had my cat declawed (front) on October 17, 2016, and he butchered the job. My cat two weeks after still has a bit of problem because he did a crappy job. He is the most incompetent vet I have ever met and I regret I did not go somewhere else. I think he did it on purpose because he knows I don't really like him. He is disliked by all the people with pets that I know who were going there. He is a money grabber and will try to make you spend as much, but the female vet is a lot nicer and will not recommend unnecessary treatments. I bought two puppies (October 25, 2016). I called to make an appointment on Monday (October 21, 2016) to have them examined once I have them, but I was told they require a down payment or come in as an emergency and pay the extra cost. I told that I've been a client for 13 years, but they did not care. That was the last drop. They made thousands over thousands of dollars with my previous pets, but it's over. There are two other vets on boulevard Maloney (Clinique vétérinaire Maloney and Aminalplus) and I recommend you try them first. I will never set foot in their clinic again.

I have been dealing with this clinic for quite sometime now and I have to say, from top to bottom, everyone that works there is caring and patient. They have always been able to accommodate my requests. They are, in my opinion, the best clinic in the area.

Very professional! I have used their services in the past few years with my dog and 4 cats. They treat the owners and pets with upmost professionalism. Their prices are unbeatable which makes it even better. Great staff, great location. Amazing!!!!

I called on Thursday in tears about wanting to get my cat with stage 3 kidney disease checked. He had reduced energy, no appetite and was not his usual self. I thought maybe his time was coming to an end. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. SO disappointed. These pets are our lives and part of our families. It's now Sunday and still have not yet received a call.

My two shy cats were well treated by the technicians and the vet. They were handled with care and kindness. Only one vaccine was necessary and others not suggested once they realized they were indoor cats.

My elderly dog had her first check up with the clinic last week and they were nice and patient understood her needs and ours as pet owners. I really appriciated the time, dedication and kindness all of the staff showed us I am very happy with the service.

Gave me a 2000$ estimate, tells me they dont have space until march and the prices will go up, So my estimate will be no good and my cat has to suffer with gingivitis and broken teeth until then? No. Never again

Aweful customer service. Receptionnist very rude as their was a misunderstanding of the reason of my visit. She raised her voice and talk to me as if what I had to say wasn't worth listening. I'm only the pet owner right.I'll never be back there again
