Dueck Tire Centre

Went to get my tire balanced and I rolled up to the mechanics with a big smile and said hello. Got nothing back. Not a huge deal, probably over worked and under paid. I get it. Then the over weight mechanic clumsily got into my car and slammed the door. Other mechanics have damaged my car and so have I but not doing things the right way. It has cost me a lot of money and frustration. That being said, he then hoisted the car from point when I have never seen before. I asked him to just use the points that I knew or to check with the manual. Then just walked away and said talk to the manager. Then he patronize me by saying they work on more expensive cars than this. I said that doesn’t justify working on the car wrong in an unknown matter. Nothing was damaged but I no longer wanted those mechanics to work on my car. I wasted my time going over there. Service manager later said that he scolded them on the attitude but, there goes my 45 minutes I won’t get back. Just go else where. So many places.
