I hired Lindsay for full planning and design. I cannot recommend her services highly enough - she was incredible! I was a more hands off" bride - definitely didn't have much idea of what I wanted beyond a vague vibe

My husband and I got engaged just before the pandemic. After trying to plan it ourselves for almost 2 years, and 3 failed venues, we decided to hire a professional wedding planner. It was the best money we spent on our wedding. We didn't give Lindsay a lot of time; we picked the venue and got married 4 months later. The wedding was beautiful and had everything we wanted. I was particularly impressed by the wedding design aspect of her services, as I am not great with details and she made everything look gorgeous. Our head table, our ceremony archway, our lounge set - everything was amazing. We had a versatile venue and were able to use the pavilion or the upstairs banquet hall depending on weather. So Lindsay had to have two plans ready to go. She was great with finding us good vendors & reminding us when to pay them! She attended our rehearsal dinner and ran through everything with the wedding party & family; she did the set up & tear down and even picked up some items for us the day of. She walked us through every step and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything.On the wedding day Lindsay was wonderful - she brought us drinks during the photos & had some of the apps from the cocktail hour at our head table waiting for us. I was actually not feeling well for the reception and Lindsay got me Gravol & offered to drive to my house and pick up a change of clothes (I didn't take her up on it - but she's so sweet for offering!) She also handled a difficult vendor quite well. We hired a friend & his team and one member of the team was not open to working with a planner and was not particularly nice about it. Lindsay remained very professional and didn't let it affect her job or her mood.We got so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful everything was and most of that was thanks to Lindsay.We would highly recommend Lindsay to anyone getting married!

AMAZING!I can't recommend Lindsay highly enough, she was incredible from start to finish. She made the entire planning process so easy for us and we had the very best wedding thanks to her. Lindsay is incredibly organized, skilled and so very kind.My husband and I were married about a week and a half ago and I don't think a day has passed since then where we haven't reflected on the day and wondered what we would have done without Lindsay! We were able to completely enjoy our day without a single worry thanks to Lindsay and her amazing team.

I got married this past June 2022 and Lindsay was amazing to work with! It was actually my husband’s idea, surprisingly, to get a Wedding Planner to take a lot of stress off of me and my Mom. Her planning package she sent were so helpful and very organized!! Not me what so ever lol. She was there to answer all my questions even if I thought they were so small and silly. I definitely needed her because there were so many little details I had never even thought about! She was great with her recommendations as well. I could tell right away she has such a passion for her work and for making your day perfect! Our rehearsal at our church was a bit all over the place so it was nice she was also there and able to step in and make things less complicated for us and go through each step of the process of the ceremony. The day of she was AMAZING! Everything ran so smoothly as she was on top of everyone and everything with the itinerary she made. I could not have asked for someone more organized and such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Lindsay to help with your Wedding Planning :)

Due to COVID postponements leading to scheduling conflicts with our original planner, we were assigned Lindsay as our day-of coordinator for our wedding day. Although we didn't work with Lindsay for much time leading up to our special day, the transition between coordinators was seamless. Lindsay executed our wedding day with ease. She was always available to not only us, but our entire bridal party and family which made everyone feel like a top priority. We have no idea what we would have done without her.. thank you!!

I’m a wedding photographer who worked with Lindsay for the first time this past July. I’ve been in the industry for 11 years and it is a treasure when you find really great vendors, let alone a wedding planner and designer, and Lindsay truly stands out to me! She was such a breeze to work with, checking in with us throughout the day to make sure we were doing well and honestly just such a fun and warm person to be around. She pulled together a stunning wedding at Steam Whistle and I truly hope I get the privilege to work with her again!

We could not have done our wedding without Lindsay Plank's expert guidance. For 10 months from the time we started working with her until the day of our wedding she was very responsive, professional and always had an answer for any of our questions. She also had many creative ideas that brought our vision to life. In a year with more weddings than ever before Lindsay was still able to make our wedding day feel like a priority and made it feel beyond special. It was such a relief to know that Lindsay was there to keep us on track and organized with everything, especially given we had a wedding with 250 guests. I could not recommend Lindsay more and thank her endlessly for all the effort she put in to making our day go off without a hitch!

When we decided to look into day of coordination for our wedding, I could have never imagined that working with a wedding planner could feel like planning your day with a best friend...but with Lindsay it did. Not only is Lindsay one of the most professional and organized people I have ever met, she is also the most approachable, understanding, compassionate, hilarious, and down right fun vendor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Lindsay thought of absolutely everything... things that I'm sure are often overlooked, but made the world of a difference to us. Not only does she know the ins and outs of the wedding industry, she is also incredibly attentive to detail, going above and beyond to provide the best experience for the couple she is working with. Our day was an absolute dream come true because of the work Lindsay put into understanding and executing our vision. Not only did Lindsay work incredibly hard to ensure the final weeks of planning were stress free for us, she worked tirelessly on our big day to make sure everything went off without a hitch. A family member of ours experienced a health scare during cocktail hour, and Lindsay handled the situation with an incredible amount of care and a sense of calm. She ensured our family member received the help they needed while also continuing to manage the event in such a way that their privacy/dignity were respected, timelines continued to be met, and my husband and I were worry free. We couldn't have dreamed up better hands for our guests, wedding party, and ourselves to be in, during such a special time. Our family and friends absolutely loved Lindsay, so much so that my maid of honour promptly wanted her information for her own wedding! Looking back, we couldn't imagine our big day without Lindsay. The impact she left on both my husband and I is so immense that I get a little emotional when I think of everything she did for us! Lindsay was truly the greatest investment we made for our big day! If you are getting married, and you are not working with Lindsay Plank Events... you're doing it wrong.Thank you for everything Lindsay, we love you!Alahna & Russ
