Toronto Limos

The vehicle we rented was a 22 passenger Party bus. The vehicle was not properly cleaned or maintained. There was a definite exhaust leak into the passenger cabin which caused headaches for our passengers. I would not use this service again or recommend it to anyone. Please make sure you visit the location and inspect the rental vehicle ahead of time. The amount of money they are charging is ridiculous considering what you are getting. Cost averages out to approx. $200/hr. For that money, these vehicles should be in excellent condition. Be smart with your money and do your homework. Toronto Limos has one thing in mind and maintaining their vehicles is not on that list.

Find a different company if you're looking for a limo service...The limo was scheduled to pick us up at 5:30pm prompt which was not an issue, the driver was on time. He got us to our destination on time as well. The problem began when we were to be picked up at 10:45pm in the exact location the driver had dropped us off at. We were all in the spot at 10:35pm and because we knew we were early we decided to call the driver to confirm when he would be there as we did have 2 young children with us waiting in the cold. The driver had then stated that he was on his way to drop another group off somewhere and would be about 20-30 min…which would have been well after our scheduled pick up time anyway. I then proceeded to remind the driver that we had young kids with us and because of the event we were attending, they were certainly not dressed to be standing out in the cold. He then told me he would do his best to be there as soon as possible. At about 11pm I had called the driver again to see where he was, at which point he said he would be another 10 min or so, and explained that he was sorry but the office booked him tight and he was trying to make it work, and that if I had any issues to take it up with the office.So, after our limo was over 30 min late to pick us up, we were not dressed to stand in the cold, and the young children are sick now as well as all the other members of the group I feel it is necessary to write this review.When I had called in to address the issue they rudely told me to send an email and i have yet to receive any response. If you need a limo service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could I would have given it no stars. Do not use this company. We ordered a full size bus and got a smaller bus. They said the other one broke down. The inside was dirty not cleaned it had duck tape for a pinstripe and tape holding a plastic window in place. The ceiling was falling apart and the driver was swerving off the road at times. We can’t get ahold of anyone to get a refund for there screwup so we paid for a full size bus almost double the price brutal.

Terrible, avoid at all costs!!! Couldn’t be a any worse than this limo ride. The driver didn’t specify the final price before the pickup and ended up adding extra 25% to the price that was discussed! Did not explain how to operate the sound system but after 30 minutes of us figuring out how to play music during the ride we were surprised to find out that the quality of the speakers is very bad, especially when the base is high, the beats just sound disturbing and hurt the ears! After dropping us at our first stop, he was supposed to come back and pick us up again but when we called him half an hour in advance (-as was discussed) he said we need to wait for almost 2 hours because he had another group…. At this point we demanded half of our money back and just took Ubers home.

Absolutely one of the worst limo companies I’ve ever experienced! Worst service! Double booked us, changed the price when the limo was there already, didn’t pick us up when and where we wanted to for our second stop, so we had to cancel him all together and wait for him to bring us our stuff back! I do not recommend this company, avoid it at all costs!

Feels like the dirtiest and most disgusting and awful limo I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t want to go in there again even for FREE!Booked for a party and clearly said specific time for pickup and drop off. It arrived and it was NOT the correct vehicle. We had no other options but to go, but they wouldn’t leave until payment was made. They dropped us off at the party location but picked us up an HOUR late, in the sweltering heat, we had to go wait for him in McDonald’s!!The limo: The limo was DIRTY! And I mean, we found a plastic fingernail on the floor, some sticky substance on the seats, it looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. Broken stereo.The limo was rusted, interior parts falling off inside. AC broken on the hottest 30 degree day, shaky when it got up to highway speed we thought the wheels would fall off.DO NOT BOOK!

TERRIBLE! We had our friend's birthday over the weekend and it was almost ruined because of this company! The driver was rude and not helpful. He asked for more money then agreed on right after we stepped into the limo saying that this what was agreed on, which is a lie! The limo was not clean and not well equipped. He did not stick to the schedule and was driving carelessly. Avoid this company!

Would not recommend. Rented a party bus for a special event. The wrong bus was sent, smaller and not the one we agreed on. The bus we got had not been cleaned from the previous use (food left inside) and sounded, and felt, like the rear suspension was broken.Company not willing to provide partial refund to compensate for the cheaper smaller bus. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 I would!Very poor customer service. Limo would not pick us up at agreed upon time. Eventually came to return our stuff after we threatened to call the police for our belongings. Do not recommend anyone for this company.

WORST LIMO EXPERIENCE. For such a luxury option, it was complete garbage. From finding fingernails on the floor, wine all over the walls. Speakers ripped out of the wall, and whole panels of the vehicles missing. I cannot discribe enough how dirty and disgusting not only the vehicle but the service. Zero effort was made to make any part of this day not even special but just tolerable. I would never in my life have anything to do with this company and or recommend. Run.far.away
