I have only been going for 6 months and staff have been efficient and Dr. Singara has been great. She takes the time to listen, check out the issue and let you know next step. I have had a few call backs after hours to let me know results and even checked on a problem I was having. A year later and still happy with Doctor and staff.

Having been with the same doctor since birth, finding a new doctor has been a challenge. Being passed around from doctor to doctor at another clinic, I was given the opportunity to become a patient at Murals Medical. I have now been a patient of Dr. Singara's since the beginning of Covid. I feel that I have been so well taken care of by all the staff at the clinic. Every time I have had a concern, I feel that I have been taken seriously and have been sent for further testing to get to the bottom of what has been going on as needed. I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to become a patient at the clinic. Thank you Dr. Singara and all the girls at the office. ~Melanie Dawn

Dr. is really knowledgeable and great with kids. Staff was also very nice. Happy we found this place!

My 3 year old daughter has an infection on her foot. All she needs is an antibiotic and we have to wait a week for a phone appointment lol. Every single time I try to make an appointment it's a week wait! Pathetic! Stop taking new patients and help the ones you already have! Shame on the doctors and the system! Maybe try reducing the patient load!

This is my family doctor and every single time I call to talk to him. I have to wait a week and a half to even get a phone call from them. And if you question them and ask him why does it have to be this way the nurses at the desk give you an attitude. I called in there for some advice and their answer was go to the emergency room. It’s pathetic when you can’t even talk to your doctor in the same day. There is five doctors at this office and there’s always an excuse why you cannot talk to them. This has been going on for so long now. It’s sad when you can’t even get any kind of medical attention from your family doctor because they want to take on new patients or whatever excuse they have. They should be focusing on their original patients. I’m so sick of the excuses and at this point now I can’t even find a different doctor to go to…

They're only getting one star because giving zero isn't possible. As my visit to Canada got extended, I needed an extension on my prescriptions. Despite this being my family's doctor, they refused to see me, and now I have to cold turkey off meds one is NOT supposed to cold turkey off of. Their staff tried to make me pay $150 BEFORE they refused to help, too. I would advise anyone against relying on this practice, either as a family practice or a walk-in. They have no problems doing harm if as long as it suits them.

I have been going to see doctor Sam for about two years now and really like him. The front staff are not always super friendly but that is because they are super busy and they are often treated poorly by people demanding to be seen as walk ins and such. so I don't blame them at all. overall everyone at the clinic is hard working and helpful.

I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Singara accept me as a patient 6 months before COVID hit. I ended up needing back surgery in the middle of COVID, which made an already complicated case even more difficult. However, Dr. Singara was there to help and support any way possible and made the whole ordeal less stressful. The front desk staff are great to deal with too.

I started seeing Dr. Dhangal recently after my old doctor retired. My parents started seeing him, and he took me on as well. I met him a few times but most of our interactions have been over the telephone because of covid, but he's always friendly and helpful.Everytime I've called the ladies at the front have been great. Always helpful and find a spot for me. Yes I've waited, but I also know that this can happen, so I plan accordingly. Prescription runs out on Friday? Call the week before.Thank you!!

I've never been to this practice, but I've been a nurse for 50 years. The phone answering person puts you through a test. When asked if a Doctor was accepting new patients, it felt like it was a secret. She queried my background and her comment was rude. She asked for my e-mail. Not my name or situation. No concern at all. She wanted to send me a form to decide if the doctor wanted to take me as a patient. No, the appointment was for a family member. Meet and greet? No thank you, unless I've seen the doctor and approve of them. It works both ways.This medical clinic seems to want you to apply" for their service. Maybe there's a reason the doctor is short on patients. Maybe some interpersonal skills are needed."
