Older women there very rude and sarcastic when I asked about sizing, that's why the pictures are there" comment rubbed me the wrong way. Not very good customer service if you ask me."

Kawartha dairy ice cream is high quality, portions used to be better. But the real issue is the waffle cone is very thin and cracks/breaks just by licking the cone. Really need to change their waffle cone. Currently not the best value ice cream.

I'm not sure why others gave this fewer stars. This little shack is exactly what it's supposed to be. It serves good ice cream, quickly. What else do you want from the lakeside ice cream shack?

Older woman who works there is EXTREMELY rude to customers and every time I’ve been there, she’s been so rude and so disrespectful to the younger girls working. I also saw her licking her finger while she was making waffle cones….the 3 stars I gave are for the young girls working, because they were so polite and hardworking. Somebody needs to speak with the older woman, because when she is working, I avoid going there.

I gave it a 2 because the staff was seeet. The ice cream. Sorry but if I’m paying $4.50 for one scoop I’d like it to be a full scoop. Very disappointing
