Came in about 40 minutes before close, needed to see doctor about RESULTS of a test, nothing else. The receptionist was SO RUDE. She said the doctor had already finished taking patients and that we needed to be there half an hour before close. When I showed her the time, she just turned off the lights and locked the door on me.

The worst Doctor ever .. Dr Atef.. the rudest and all he wants is to do tests without even listening to the patient. He is the worst. He just wants to make MONEY FROM YOU. When questioned why should I do these Test you didn't even assess me and know what my ailment is. He told us to LEAVE.I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE CPSO... I AM HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL I KNOW WHAT HE IS ALOWED TO DO.

Won't answer the phone or return my calls, I've been going here for years but the new receptionist is so bad I think I'll have to find a new doctor

My last visit to this clinic was amazing. The front desk receptionist was helpful and quite entertaining, honest and open to just talking.The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable and completely understood my requirements and spoke to me like a medical professional as I am.Being a soon to be pre medical student she defined my prognosis and provided a clear explanation of my troubles as it's something I could not care for myself.Highly recommend this clinic but be warned the wait time is a bit slow when it's busy.DuaneLatest Mix InternationalInstagram@latestmix

First of all, the number they have posted is the wrong number. I called the office to cancel an appointment and to let the receptionist know that the number they have provided on google is wrong, instead of saying “thank you I’ll look into it” she was disgustingly rude, I couldn’t believe it! They have posted “no abuse policy”, so the receptionist can abuse the patients all she wants? Everytime I’ve interacted with her she’s been nothing but rude, she needs to think about getting a different job because I don’t think she’s capable of being kind. I just can’t believe how she treats people. If it wasn’t so hard to find a family doctor I would seriously look into finding another one because I don’t want to be spoken to like this everytime I need to make an appointment or cancel an appointment regarding MY HEALTHCARE!!! It’s clear in the other reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. I’m going to try to put a complaint in somewhere.

Went there and they said they were closed half an hour before closing time. I went there the other day and the receptionist was literally laughing at one of the patients. Really unprofessional medical staff. On top of that, don't consider going to the female Asian doctor Dr.chow; she is very unprofessional she did a check up on me in under 1 minute and said I was 'fine and proceeded to laugh at me. The next day I went to another clinic and I was informed that I had a throat infection.

Female Dr. Chow is extremely condescending and unprofessional. The receptionist on this particular Sunday was also very unhappy to be there and quite rude. We had been going to this clinic for many years but will now be looking for another one. Preferably staffed with people who are capable of expressing some level of kindness to others.

Receptionist is not approachable.It's like you are bothering her. She is lazy and laid back not client or focus on the patientsI saw two Male doctors there ,very nice and professional. Why is she closing the door at 8;30 if clinic hours is 6 to 9.They requested that the patient should be there at least at 8:30.This is so so they can finish at 9Pm. So why is she locking the door at 8:30 with no patients in the clinic. Highest level of incompetence.
