WOW! They are the RUDEST doctors office I have EVER encountered. Their phone manners are the worst. Twice they have cancelled me as a patient there because I never need to go in. Well, excuse me for being healthy. I didn't know I needed to check in ever month. Treating the facility like they're an exclusive country club, and how dare I even think I could be a member. Talking to that woman was the most condescending phone call I think I might have ever had in my life! If you can, find another doctors office.

I guess I have to disagree with the previous reviewers. We moved here from Toronto and it was difficult to find a physician period. We chose Harrow and Dr. Lindberg. I agree, that we only have a year to evaluate, but Dr. Lindberg is first class and I have Always" been treated well by the Staff. There is an old adage

I don't know what is going on in this clinic... trying to get an actual person on the phone is impossible. I understand that they are not accepting new patients ever! We are in dire need of Good caring doctor's" in this area that are professional and listen to the patients. What is with screening people and having to fill forms out and wait for 2 week's to get an appointment if you will be accepted as a patient. I was told to go somewhere else for a doctor. Shocking and unprofessional to turn patients away."

Dr Deluca drops appointments with no heads up and does not care about his patients well being or what may be bothering them. He is constantly on vacation for weeks at a time.

Tried getting an appointment, left all the info and waited for them to get back, it’s been 3 years, tried booking one yesterday and got declined again, definitely worth your time to go elsewhere

My fiancee is a patient there, and it's terrible. The majority of the time the doctor will pawn you off to a nurse practioner instead of seeing you himself. Recently we managed to actually have an appointment with him, and he did nothing. Eventually he pawned us off to another place. We went there today just to find out it isn't a medical facility, but rather just a seminar. He has no care for his patients, and has no intention of curing you. My fiancee will still have to deal with her very real conditions, while he does nothing to help. If it wasn't almost impossible to find a new family doctor, we would have been gone long ago.

Always a bad attitude from a receptionist when I call. Doctor Meloche is never available. Either always on vacation or just stepped out" they maintain that they have a 5 business day policy to fill any prescription refill requests but they never make it to the pharmacy and I have to go to a walkin to get it. What even is the point of this place. Spent the last 2 months sending in multiple requests with no response. For anyone that has medication that needs prompt refills don't recommend."

Since when does the condescending receptionist think they're entitled to ask you personal questions when requesting to speak to your doctor? I will be transferring from here asap. Dr Atwood needs to bring back Maria! I reminded the current receptionist that she is just that a RECEPTIONIST and is not entitled to know what my reasons are. If this is how they treat their very sick patience they don't deserve to be a Dr practicing medicine.

My husband and I were with Harrow Health Clinic for several years, before moving away in June 2019. Both our doctors, Dr. DeLuca and Dr. Meloche, were wonderful doctors. Dr. DeLuca sighted a problem and referred my husband to a specialist; as a result, my husband got an early diagnosis and treatment.We always found the staff to be cordial, professional and helpful. Just recently they willingly perused my file at Harrow and sent specific records to me here in Ottawa. I really appreciated this extra effort on their part.Thank-you Harrow Health for everything!
