I wouldn't recommend doing business with this small inefficient fire protection company. The owner isn't a smart man and has very poor skills when it comes to communicating. You're better off doing business elsewhere. The owner has a bad reputation among local businesses. If you're into small town employees and a team who lacks the drive of highly competitive larger companies, then you will appreciate their very subpar services. Also, one of the things that people may find difficult to work with is the fact that the owner, who is an engineer, is missing a forearm (no hand) and has great difficulty in getting work done on the computer and while manipulating plans. This handicap slows response time and the quality of services. But this is not the main reason for not doing business with this company.
