Red bear was nothing short then fantastic. He was amazingly thorough and explained everything to us in a very respectful way. He walked us around and showed us every little detail he saw and caught some very hidden things that we never saw during our walk through. He had such a wealth of knowledge and was able to show us causes and solutions to any issues that came up. The fact that he was able to wet inspect the wood burning appliances as well was such blessing and saved so much time. He also supplied a very well written and made up report that was super easy to go navigate. We will be using Red Bear Home Inspections for all our future homes and will recommend them to everyone we know.
